Location is very popular and the number of requests they receive exceeds their ability to satisfy Customers having to wait longer times at the store because sometimes they only have one, or 2 reprentatives Working at the counter.

PAUL LFix your vehicles! The 26” truck I rented was horrendous. The front end shook violently when brakes were applied. It vibrated so badly at highway speeds that we were getting motion sickness. My experience was terrible. The dealer tried to add things that I didn’t reserve.

ANDREWTIMOTHY TI reserved a truck 40 days prior to move from LA to VA for a local pickup, only to be told the day before pickup that the truck was not available and that I had to drive 45 miles away just to pick it up. To make matters worse, I was told this after the location was closed. This made me waste 4 1/2 hours of moving just to pick the truck up and bring it back to start the pack out. While the agent gave me an extra 59 miles for the reservation, nobody was sympathetic to the inconvenience and stress that this major delay caused, no discount offered, nothing. For a company ‘founded by veterans and dedicated to helping veterans move,’ this was the worst of my 7 military move experiences! If you are in the military, I HIGHLY recommend you source a different company. On the flip side, the guy at this drop off location was very nice and helpful! Thank you!

Amy FI was told that I was supposed to return the van clean. When I called to asked why I was charged an additional $25 the guy was rude about it, I explained that I was not informed it need to be returned clean. If I had known I would had leaned as if it was only a few dry wall marks. I asked to speak to the Susie which was the person who helped me and as soon as she got in the phone was rude, I was so impressed as she was so nice and friendly when I picked it up. I proceeded to tell her she failed to tell be about returning it cleans and she said “you got it clean didn’t you” I decided not to continue the conversation as obviously wasn’t going to get any where. If I have to rent again in the future I will make sure I don’t go to same location.

Bobby CThe young lady I dealt with while picking up the truck was not familiar with certain procedures for mileage and turn in at another location. I asked her a question and she did not know how much mileage cost if I went over the allotted mileage. The truck AC worked well and the vehicle was clean but the suspension was very rough. There was also a screw sticking up from the bottom of the truck through the floor.
