Bobby CThe young lady I dealt with while picking up the truck was not familiar with certain procedures for mileage and turn in at another location. I asked her a question and she did not know how much mileage cost if I went over the allotted mileage. The truck AC worked well and the vehicle was clean but the suspension was very rough. There was also a screw sticking up from the bottom of the truck through the floor.

JAY HThe only downfall was there wasn’t a lot of room to get around. If you weren’t good at backing up a trailer, it was hard to get it in the place they wanted it to go. Other than that the people were nice and polite and very helpful.

The staff at pets plus is extremely friendly, helpful and they did everything including ensuring equipment was clean and helped me hook it up. One of the best places to rent U-Haul equipment. DANIEL SFriendly staff with a large U Haul selection. Its also located at a Pet shop, so you can look at the pets (dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, fish) while you're there.
