Marie MLet them if possible drop the truck off in the parking lot behind your store. It is very hard to park the big truck in your yard. Or let them know to come around the building and park at the stop sign but that might block other after hours rental in

WILLIAM CWe had a complex downsize and move., to include pulling a car. The staff at Pets plus l/uhaul were very accommodating and helpful, and quickly adjusted when my plans changed at the last minute. I drove past three other uhaul dealers to get to this one because they were that good
ANDREW IThe trailer we rented was not clean. Still had debris in the trailer from the previous renter. The trailer had an issue with the axle not having bolts in it and coming unsecured causing the tire to run on the wheel well which created smoke. We were only 1 mile out from where we had loaded our things. We had to pull over. We were delayed a few hours as my husband was able to temporarily get it back in place by using a tie down strap. The last time we used u-haul roadside it took all day so he attempted to fix it long enough to get to home to unload and then take it in to exchange it. I had called the rental location immediately when it happened and there was no apology for the issue and there was no apology or offer of compensation for or inconvenience. In fact no one there had been communicated with about us coming in to exchange the trailer. We were actually accused of doing the damage until the yard tech actually laid on the ground and looked at it. Letting us know that prior to us renting it. It had just been in the shop. We have used U-Haul many times over the last year, as well as for storage purposes. This is the second location we have used where there have been serious issues with equipment and the management experience has not been pleasant.

MICHAEL Upets plus you have to go inside and due to the type of animals they have there the whole place stinks and when you pull up you don't have the option of waiting for someone to come out and unhook the trailer from the vehicles.
