Improve signage and inform customers ahead of time that the location is actually a PHONE store. Despite that confusion, the sales person/clerk was very helpful and even managed to diminish my stress by cracking a joke. Thank youJenelle G.

My first truck was not clean and needed serious repairs. A mechanic was dispatched to assist me. His name was if I remember correctly was Fred. He went above and beyond to assist me and to assure that I was put into a clean well operating Truck. His service and Professionalism made a difference in my decision of using uhaul for my next need of a truck.mark S.
Location was changed 24 hours before pickup. Didn't have the dolly or pads that I had reserved (was not charged for them but still annoying). Picking up a UHaul truck at a prepaid cell phone store is a bit odd.Brandon W.

I was supposed to get my truck at 8, he failed to leave keys in lock box so I was unable to get until 11. I was told by UHaul I would get a 50.00 credit. I told him and he did not give it too me. I had hired movers for that day and had to cancel until following day. Movers at destination had to be called and rescheduled, they were on way when I was able to get them and I was charged $150.00 for their travel and had to reschedule for Monday which was 2 days later. This guy had no pads so I had to go to another UHaul location to get them. No way this guy should be allowed to rent trucks. His inefficient ways cost me at least $200.00James A.

I was scheduled to pick my truck up at 10, because the location wouldn't be open it said I'd be doing an online pickup. When I got there at 10 and tried to do my pickup the site said I would have to wait for the business to open at 11am. When I came back at 11am the business still wasn't open and they didn't show up until about 11:20am. By time we waited for another rental before us and we got checked out it was about 11:40am. Thank goodness my movers were running a little late. It was a stressful situation to say the least and the man didn't even apologize for being late.Jason M.
