I paid on the app and booked a dozen furniture pads and a dolly. Was told by the clerk they would be in the truck, they weren't. I had to pay the regardless so am expecting a refund from U-Haul.

We ordered moving appkiances online (dolly) but when we wanted to pickup that branch said that they do not have it. We had to go to another Uhaul to pickup dolly. What if we could not find dolly??

Very friendly and quick service from the clerk. 10/10. The truck was in rough shape though, I mean rusted and the pull down door was difficult to close, also badly rusted track.

Truck was filthy. Driver side window handle is broken, knob came off and scratched me. Loose moving blanket in front Loose moving blanket and broken strap in back. Filthy floors & dashboard. Cigarette Ash and dust in cab. Seat belt warning beeping went off the entire time even though both seatbelts were in place. Really have to gas it to reverse. Can tell

The truck had a leak and there was a pool of water on the cab floor (passenger side). Tried rolling down the window and the handle know came off. Muffler was growling like there was a hole in it. Shocks were extremely bouncy. Customer service was great!

Even though I made the reservation already, the process before pick up took very long. The truck was very old, dirty and poorly maintained. After bringing the truck back it took about 2-1/2 hours before I got my receipt....

I have used Uhaul numerous times and this was my worst experience. The first truck the drivers seat on the door side was "caved in" causing you to lean to the side. I went back in and asked for another truck which was in good condition. My photos would not upload. The gentleman at the store was great, apologized and great customer service.

Windshield washer fluid did not work and wipers were inadequate to clean windshield. Other than that the truck was good. The customer service was great!

The U-Haul was covered in a thick layer of snow from the snowstorm and upon pick up I had to be cleaning. When it is dropped off the expectation is that I keep it clean and ready for the next person. I expect the same from the company. To have the equipment cleaned and ready to use.

I was charged for more gas when I stopped and put gas in already. If I used debit instead guy would’ve went out with me to check gas but because I paid with credit card they check later and just charge u extra gas.

Equipment was clean enough. Location was a sub-station, not a proper U-Haul office, but the staff was efficient all the same. As for a 'smooth ride,' the truck was a very rough ride, and would be extremely uncomfortable for any long-distance highway travel.

I was given a return address on Talbot street in St. Thomas printed off even on my invoice. The person working looked it up on the map and said this location was closest to my destination in Aylmer ON. Luckily my sister called to find out it was no longer on Talbot street in st. Thomas but now on Elm street. Your base must be out of date.

I used the online check-in option. When I arrived in store to pick up the keys, we seemed to go over much of the same information a second time. Just confirming my info? It seemed a little redundant. On the other hand, it only took me 5-6 minutes in store before I got the keys, so no real complaints in that regard.

Talked to U-Haul customer service regarding rental. Brake lights and indicators didn’t work but found out on highway by another driver. This particular store has 1 employee working so common sense would say can’t be in 2 places at once. When I returned truck he questioned my skills as a driver ( driven since I have been 16 and I am 58 with NO tickets or accidents. Asked him to come out and he can show me how to put brake on but he refused to come out and look. Terrible operation will lead to upset customers because they cannot run a store and check vehicles for safety. I have never had a problem with U-Haul before but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth

The person opening the convenience store was 12 minutes late and that was very inconvenient for us. The inside of the trailer was also dirty and looked like it hadn't been swept in a while. Definitely not going back to this location again.

As a customer, reserve your u-haul the nite before .All info of dos and donts are in like 3 pages of info however it is important. Because where I went is also a store it took longer to process as other customers were coming in . The computer was very slow and it takes time . The staff were helpful My bad was I should have taken a pic of fuel gauge and mileage as when I returned (did not leave my city) I learned I am to return gas that I used (again read all your info ) $20 later and in the end I got the move done!!
