The site was closed and no one available to assist us to do the trailer swap. The new trailer didn't have running lights for night-time or bad weather driving which caused a safety issue during our trip.ANTHONY G.
Be trained. The girl literally said I don't know how to do returns but will figure it out. Took forever after she asked me to do it on my phone which I wasn't able to do due to bad cell service. Also couldn't assist with incorrect charges I had. The biggest problem was this was our second location to try returning. The first provided location was not open and no one answered Th e provided number there either! We waited two hours in our move day and no one showed. The. Had to sit on hold with customer service who gave me another number to call to reschedule drop off. Poppy's was our second assigned drop point and They seemed clueless though did get the job done ultimately. After being promised free extra day I did not receive that and had to pay for the extra day as well as the extra mileage We incurred while driving around trying to drop it off. I made it known that I was returning the trailer after hours. I was told at the store to back it in and I will check it in in the morning. So I did, I was charged a cleaning fee for straw that I didn't put in it and a fee for not checking it in myself. If I knew I could've but I had no idea. The store personal told me she cleans them when they are returned but clearly don't. It had straw in it from the time I picked it up. She never came out to the trailer. I had to back over and get it with her even carrying it out. Also, I laid for 12 blankets but only got 7. I could've got a small truck for the price I had to pay for that trailer. When I complained and said that will be the last time I rent there, she told me it makes no difference to them. Worst experience I've ever had renting from U haul.John J.

The truck was not at the fuel level on the contract it was lower by 1/8th of a tank which I have a photo of. The box was full of leaves and dirt and had to be swept and mopped before we could load it. The windshield and cab window were dirty and the wiper blades were falling apart.Andrew V.

There was some technical problem with the U-Haul website, but the people were great. The tow dolly worked well. I watched a YouTube video before and I highly recommend the video over written instructions.James O.

I don't know why I was charged $20.62 for fuel reversal when I returned the truck it was on 1/8 tank!! But I was still charged $20.62! ,I'd appreciate an explanation!Larry J.
My problem was not with poppys store but with uhaul saying if I did not drive the truck 12 miles back to poppys store it would cost me over $300.00s instead of $127.00 i think I'll look at pensky next time very unhappyDavid N.

I reserved my uhaul at a different location but it was not open upon my arrival. Uhaul representative sent me to this location which caused me to have to pay for extra mileage and gas. Uhaul wouldn't help with the inconvenience.Deraya U.
