The rental pick up location is a dump. The guy could not even rent the trailer to me as he said the computer was not working. He took photos of me as if I was a criminal and going to steal the trailer. Very unpleasant experience. It took over an hour to get out of the place.

I had to use the mobile pickup and the application was horrible. I arrived at 3pm, the truck was there, and it took 1.5 hours and multiple calls to finally get the truck. One problem that was unforeseeable was that my account had a hold on it as it was tied to someone else not paying in another state for their rental - the person on the phone who helped me cleared it but could not explain how it happened. I had just rented a truck 2 weeks earlier with no issues. But the biggest problem was that the application did not work on my android phone and had no link to start the truck pickup process. Finally my wife downloaded the app on her iphone and we were able to go through the mobile process and get the key to the truck. My feedback would be to fix the app so it works on android phones.

Stephen REASEoverall everything went well until the drop off and using the automated system on my phone. i continued to log in and return the truck but it wouldn't give me the location i rented from as an option. it took several times of logging off and back on until the option of track my location came up and then it went smooth. was there for aprox 45 min trying to return the truck

Absolutely no people skills and could NOT have a reasonable conversation about an up charge for unfolded blankets that was NEVER communicated to me anywhere along the line… Love UHaul and gave used different trucks and trailers MANY times.. Would NEVER use UHaul again if I have to deal with the a$$hole at Postnet!!

The owner said he was going to call the Police. Just unbelievable service. So I called U-Haul 800 number they apologized and extended another day. Just terrible experience. Never had this issue in all my years or renting. Totally unprofessional in every way. I told U-Haul 800 everything. But they resolved all in 5 mins. Thanks for U-Haul 800 only. There was more unprofessional dialogue. Unbelievable.

Jonny JonesVery easy to work with it is the website and the return process that is horrible, It is difficult to always have internet access where the units are stored, there are many pictures that have to be taken and the locator process did not work. When this was done person to person it worked much better and now I have to call to see why the amount I was given in the return process doesn't match what is on my bank statement,
