I booked a 10 ft truck but when I reached the location it was not available. So they gave me a 9 ft van where in I had to fit all my luggage. Unfortunately I couldn't and I had to use my car as well for moving stuff. Secondly I was never told about the $20 fee which I was charged for after hours drop off. I request this fee to be waived off. It was my 1st experience with U-haul. It's a request, thank you.Utkarsh M.
Do not use this vendor. They tried to charge me for damage that was not even there. They have done the same insurance fraud tactic before as noted on other reviews. They charge your card for damages that don't exist so they can then collect the insurance $. They should be turned into the insurance fraud division with the state.Jennifer K.

This location overcharged me by at least 60 dollars. They charged me an after service fee even though I returned it on time. They charged me as if I traveled 6 miles instead of 3 miles. They charged me a 15 dollar cleaning fee even though I did nothing to dirty the vehicle. They also charged me a 20 dollar domestic security fee even though I don't know what that is, it was never disclosed to me on the website when I booked it, I never agreed to it, and it was never discussed with me in person.Patrick H.

I did not receive a dolly like I reserved. It really delayed my move. I then went to the main Edison Uhaul and the service there was HORRIBLE. I waited 15 minutes to talk to someone and then they had NO Dolly's. How is that possible!? I RESERVED one for a reason. Very unprofessional.Parvinjit D.
Do not add completely unsubstantiated "damage" charges that just happen to be a few dollars less than the $150 collision deductible. The manager did not provide any evidence of damage when I left the vehicle, yet somehow a charge for $148.49 was added to my bill when I received.it. This is quite frankly, bullshit.Tony M.
