No clear signage to direct app users to pick up keys. I had to wait several minutes while the receptionist at the front desk (who the signs directed me to) finished up a personal phone call. Only then to tell me I had to pick up keys from the service department.Kevin G.

I'm frustrated that the drop off option on line wouldn't work. I to called Uhaul's 800 # twice. I was on hold for 38 minutes and later for 15 minutes and gave up waiting. I also tried to call the local facility to leave a message but no answering service or voice mail option. I had to leave so I dropped the unit off and wasn't able to contact Uhaul until the next day to confirm my drop off.Ann G.

This place was great. They helped me and gave me everything I needed and went above and beyond to help. The reason for 1 star is Uhaul corporate. They booked more than the trucks they had. I was almost screwed with my weekend because of them. This place (Bixby OK U-haul) is the only good thing about Uhaul at the moment.Josiah W.

The man who connected the trailer was grouchy. He got onto his employee in front of me. It was rude and embarrassing for the employee when she didn't do anything wrong (he got onto her for making him stand outside in the sun for 10min while she finished checking me out). I was inside with her for less than 10minâ€¦Jennifer C.

The locations looked like a run-down and abandoned Mitsubishi dealership and not a dedicated uhaul location so that's why the low score on location. All of the uhaul employees were really nice and helpful. I had an overall positive experience.Sally K.

The drive shaft pounds hard in reverse and the transmission seemed to be slipping some , the seats had a stinch maybe use a different cleaner other than that all was good . Thanks !Robert C.

Owner was rude and literally yelled at us, saying it took to long to check us out and wasn't worth the time!! They made an error and put the blame on us. They put our drop off at a city 400 miles away from our address, it's been a nightmare! Her boss called us making excuses for her yelling at us. He didn't have all the facts correct and when we had to keep our truck longer he said uhaul was wrong on the charges they quoted us, you'd think he'd know. Can you believe he was her district manager! Our truck had damage that the pickup location didn't note or take pictures. They did tell the drop off location that the damage was there when we rented it. But didn't note it. This is just the tip of the iceberg on the problems we had. Horrible customer service! Go somewhere else where your treated with respectTed P.

I told our Uhaul rep that I only wanted the trailer for ONE day. She proceeded to charge me $77 instead of the $40 quote I was given. When I looked at our paper work she put down that I was returning it TWO days later AND even though she knew we were returning it the next day she gave us a return location that was closed that day. It was a HUGE inconvenience to go to that location then we had to do it again the next day.Sara W.

I am a man over 70 years old. The last I rented a I haul no one helped me hook up and didn't have an automatic jack do I had to lift and do everything by myself I gave have surgery on my shoulder and other health issues. This time a man came and helped me do everything and made sure my brakes was working. this how it should be. Thank you!Darrell H.
