So I did not know why the back was not opening. If he had gone over it with me, this would have been discovered. Otherwise, good customer service.

Kelly WNo complaints on van or checking it out but it was a little tense bringing it back at the stated time because everyone had gone home & I did the online turn in application on my phone. No issues just a little nerve wracking alone in the dark having to take pictures to be uploaded...but completed it without any trouble.

Kathleen GWe picked up from Raymond’s because the location we were scheduled to pick up from neglected to put the key in the lock box and wouldn’t open for 2 hours. We even went to the location the day before to make sure they had everything they needed from us. Raymond’s didn’t have a dolly and furniture pads ( not their fault because they weren’t our original reservation spot) so had to go to another location for those. Didn’t end up using the pads because truck was packed by the time I was able to get them there. We ended up paying for additional miles as well because we had to switch locations. I have used UHaul before and been very happy. This time…not happy. It was a frustrating experience.

LYDIAROSE GThe way you can improve would be if you rent equipment from the location that is the closest then don't tell me I have to drive 20mins out of my way to get it. Have someone bring it to the location that you were supposed to pick it up from.

MARGARET WThe vehicle was filthy!! There were chewed sunflower seeds in the cup holder, dog hair throughout the seats, a piece of clothing behind the drivers seat, smelled like feces. It was so disgusting!
