I would reccomend this location because its the only location in our town and that makes it vital. The staff are freindly, though rental expeiriances using your app has way to many bugs. It constantly takes for ever and many attempts getting through the rental and return process.Sean B.

We rented this truck on a day where the location was closed. The UHaul website was awful. We had great cellular coverage and our internet was working on everything except UHaul which delayed us a couple of hours overall. We also could not get the truck size we wanted and we going to be sent over 1 1/2 away from our house to get the truck. We elected to take a smaller truck to save time, but in the end it would have been faster to drive down to Pacific City by the time we finally got the UHaul representative to help us through the process on the phone.Paul S.

The truck was filthy. They did sweep out the back before I took it. When I returned it I let the gal know that it was filthy, there was still a paper list of something on the dash & they need to clean it. She informed me uhaul policy is to sanitize the door handles & steering eheel so that's what she does. DISGUSTING! Hobestly I yhink I shoukd turn it into the state as this does not follow COVID cleaning at all!Deanna S.

I don't want to say that the equipment ws dirty, it wasn't , but it only qualifies a as sort of clean- the sites hours are less than convenient. The biggest problem we had was with teh slow and inconsistent function of the UHaul softwareSteven W.

The location was fine, but with the staff having to maintain a store and kitchen it took a while to get checked out. It is understandable but since we were supposed to be able to get the truck north of Cannon Beach, we were informed we had to go south and out of our way to pick up in Rockaway Beach.PETER L.

It was not open on drop off. I called it in when I dropped the trailer off at this location. Being able to drop off in Tillamook as planned would have been greatly appreciated. I had to change all of my morning plans and add a 40 min drive int eh wrong direction to work to drop off here. Create a better system to allow people to plan better in advance.scott V.

This all started with an online reservation messed up with a 10' truck. My pick up location was changed from Tillamook OR to Massachusetts. I didn't notice because the price didn't change. Drove 2 hours to Tillamook to find a closed (30 min early) office that couldn't redirect me. Called hotline # and she reserved a 1 way 10' truck from Rockaway (30+ minutes north of Tillamook). I arrived there to be told 10' truck is local only but a 15' truck, 1 way, was available. I took it out of desperation for the 3 items I needed to move. I got back to the Portland area during rush hour, beyond when I had help to unload. When I was able to return the truck locally after I found others to help unload I was told truck had to be returned to the place of origin.Susan B.

Went in the day before and made my reservation on a traier already there. I gave them all necessary information and set up pick-up time for 11:00 the next morning (the soonest that would let me. Arrived a little before 11:00 and they started getting me processed. almost 30 minutes later, I finally was able to hook up. they wanted some of the same info. that I provided the day before, the girl running things was the casher,cook, and waitress. U-HAUL ITSELF CAUSED A LOT OF PROBLEMS AS USUAL!!!!!! EACH TIME WE HAVE AGREED TO A DROP OF SITE, U-HAUL CALLS AND CHANGES IT MID-STREAM!! STOP DOING THAT!!! NO OTHER DROP OFF SITE IS EVENT CLOSE TO US. IF I CHANGED ANYTHING DURING MID-STREAM I WOULD BE PAYING A PENELTY FEE FOR ANYTHING UHAUL COULD THINK OF!! I AM NOT AN EMPLOYEE!!!! IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND ON A CONTRACT ALREADY SIGNED BECAUSE YOU NEED A TRUCK SOMEWHERE ELSE, YOU GET SOMEONE ELSE TO DO YOUR BIDDING!!! I AM NOT PAID OR GIVEN GAS TO HELP YOUR ASS OUT!!!!! The check in app was not ideal, needed to know ahead that I had to provide the name of. Contact who needed to answer the phone, I wouldn't have been able to finish the process if the location hadn't of been open and staffedKimberlie M.
I picked up the car trailer after 1 pm and had it back 30 min after midnight and am being charged for two days and would like to know if this can be reversed since I only had car trailer for less then 12 hours? I do want to say the employees at R&B little store were very nice and I appreciate them renting us the car trailer and trusting we would get it back before the reservation for it the next day at 8 am. The car trailer itself was also very functional and smooth to haul a car with. Please consider charging us for only one day rental fee since we had it less then 12 hours.heather C.

I've used U-Haul strictly my entire life for everything hauling moving transporting ECT and so has my family members. After the awful customer service, over charging me for days I did not have the truck, the stress and complications that ended and extra expenses I incurred because of uhauls carelessness and fault I nor my family will probably never rent from uhaul again.kRISTA N.

RB Little Store was very helpful and kind. They helped me get a truck after my original reservation was cancelled. This was the negative, very frustrating part of my experience because I never received a call either confirming or letting me know my reservation had been cancelled. I started with a reservation for a 20' truck for $300, and after 8 hours and 4 cities later, RB Little Store was helpful enough to get me into a 10' truck, albeit for $336. I would highly recommend RB Little Store for their customer service, but the renter should be very wary of reservations with U-Haul overall.Clifford G.

Followed rule to the letter. No customer service. Pointed out minor scratch that cost me $178 dollars. Did not listen to my story that Walport didn't make it clear any scratch will cost you. Told her if I knew that I would have inspected the truck for scratches. Didn't matter to her, I signed the contract was her answer even though she pointed out Waldport didn't have me initial the being the truck back clean. I don't think Uhaul should put expensive decals on the side of the box that can be scratched and then extort money out of people.William M.

Excellent rental with only one hicup. I was called by a representative of Uhaul while I was enroute to Rockaway Beach and he asked if I would have the vehicle back early as they had a renter seeking a truck. I had the truck reserved until 4 PM the next day and advised I was not sure when I could get it back. I had added an extra day to the contract as I anticipated a long unload. I was able to summon some additional help and got the truck unloaded that night, but after closing time for the local Uhaul. So I gassed it and returned the truck about 0830 the next morning, she (Rockaway operator) notified the renter who arrived about 9 or so to rent the truck. I asked if I returned the truck early and they needed a truck, if there was any possible refund for the days use and she was very nice, but replied she had no authorization to do that. That was disappointing since I did work to get the truck back early and it was rented immediately. Any consideration would be appreciated as I have at least one more trip to make sown from Seattle.Ed W.

This was one of the worst service experiences I've had in a long time. You could actually provide the truck/trailer at the location agreed-to in the contract I set up one full month in advance. 3 days before I'm set to go, the pickup location was changed from RB Little Store LLC (1 block from my apartment) to Beaver, OR, 44 miles away, and a 2 hour bus ride, not to mention the wait time when someone didn't return it there on time, plus it was only 3/4 full of fuel, and no one cleaned it ahead of us dirving away. I had to wipe up coffee stains, food debris, and remove garbage. Shea, the local U-Haul operator made ZERO attempts to provide me with any alternative, and I was told I either did this, or had to wait an additional day to pick it up. I'm the customer. I did my part. I committed, planned, and set this up to work with my schedule, which was already tight. You had a full month to have it ready for me when and where you agreed to do so, and in the end, I'M THE ONE who has to endure the inconvenience to make it work for YOU. Worst Customer Service experience, maybe EVER. Have you forgotten that it's your job to make things EASIER for your customers, not more difficult? I will be renting with Penske or somebody else in the future. Just thought you should know. Finally, your really poor customer service needs to come with a cost, so, I'm telling this story to my friends, family, everyone I work with, and everyone I know.Steve M.

After picking up the trailer and loading it I checked tire pressure and found one at 20psi and the other at 32psi. I don't think they would have survived the 350 mile trip very well.Edward S.
