The people at Renfroe are great to work with
Simon eHe was not very friendly. The Internet was down. I understand that wasn't their fault. I also had none. So I stood there for a half hour waiting for it to come back on. I was going to run to the store instead of waiting but he wanted to leave as soon as I was checked out. He wanted me to be back in 20 minutes. I was picking up at 9:30 and they were supposed to be open till 2. So I stood there and waited for about a half hour.
Gail ARental was easy to reserve and he was very friendly. Pulled up to pick up trailer and he came out and got me hooked up and verified all lights were working. We were in and out very quickly. When I dropped it off, we had the same great customer service. Very professional.
stephen hRenfroe Lawncare is always accommodating when it comes to needing a truck to haul or move our product. I recommend them to anyone needing a clean and well maintained Uhaul truck for whatever purpose that is needed.

Darcy RWe locked the truck and put the key in the drop box before we even knew we had to take pictures of the mileage gauge, etc. Your process should ensure the customer takes the pictures before there's any chance of putting the key in the drop box. The location was closed and no personnel were available.
Harrison PWell I agreed to everything $19.95 a day $15.00 for insurance and a $1.19 a mile which come out to 136.33 I had a 1/4 tank of gas I returned it with a 1/2 tank of gas not only do I have that charge but I have another charge of $72.14 on the same day why is this
