If it weren't for the people at rest well in going out of their way to accommodate me and find me a truck for u hauls mistakes of telling me one was Available when it was not I would probably never chose to rent anything again.Janie L.

Owner were both great knew what they were doing. Got out fast, checked fast. UHaul website is impossible to use and I write websites for a living. Much like OBama Care. You could greatly improve your sales if someone that had never used the site 10,000 times could figure it out. I had 3 people that do lots of on line ordering gave up. The 10' Uhaul could not be guaranteed that it would be returned by Sun., April 18 which is when I wanted to pick it up, but the owner of Rest Well Inn said she would give me that one for $19.99, the same price as the 10" one. I appreciated that.Jeanette B.

What really brought the UHaul experience down was the software was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. I returned my vehicle after hours, I tried to return it 4-5 times, with out ever being able to complete, also my unit came with a big scratch along the passenger side, so I wanted to share the pic to dispute.... but it would not let me back in to dispute! Last minute plans came off as if we"d made a reservation weeks in advance great people, in good repair equipment, easy returnRoger C.
I completed the reservation online- checked in, paid for, all done prior to pick up. The person onsite changed the reservation. We had wanted to drop off somewhere else and it was changed to come back to this location. Person was rude and did not seem to understand that the reservation and check in were already completed. The process should have been seamless and the reservation should not have been changed.Claus K.

Trailer blew a tire caught fire ruining my work/dress clothes with smoke damage. Had to throw away 10 dress shirts 3 pairs dress pants and my bathroom floor matsDarin D.

We received a brand new truck to rent! Very comfortable and clean. The service received was awesome. Definitely recommend Rest Well Inn for moving truck rental needs. Have customer service follow through when there are issues and don't just assume they're going away. You customer service sucks. I was charged 120 plus for a 10 foot truck i used 5 hours and drove 3 miles. I was charged for insurance, 2 days rental and fuel costs of over $12. I have spoken with customer service 3 times and have been promised a return call from a area manager all 3 times and still no call. Use a different company if you can uhaul are thieves.Dawn G.

When I got the U-haul home there was furniture parts still in it from the last user.Scott V.
Let's start with the good, because there was plenty of that. The service from Rest Well was excellent. The truck was comfortable, ran well, was in excellent condition for the most part and was easy to drive. The bad: We are in Wisconsin in the winter. I expect that if I rent any vehicle, it's prepared for Wisconsin in the winter. Saturday was fine. The weather was clear and the driving was easy. The only issue was that the temperature know was stuck on full hot but i was able to roll the window down a bit to cool the cab off. Sunday was a snow event. The wipers on the truck are literally broken. The passenger wiper was separating such that it wouldn't stay in the wiper arm and the rubber was coming apart from the metal ribs that give it shape. The result was that it contacted the windshield in only one place. This place eventually iced over causing the entire wiper arm to lift from the windshield and the only place left clear was where this build up rubbed on the windshield. The driver's wiper was also broken. it wouldn't stay attached to the wiper arm and therefore couldn't clear the windshield. This resulted in a path of ice building up directly in my line of sight that was about 4 inches wide. I had to reach out the window and pluck the wiper to snap it against the windshield to clear the ice from the wiper and get it to clear a little better. I had to do this about every mile and a half. This was a dangerous situation to say the least. I don't claim to be the best driver in the entire world but I'm at least experienced both with passenger cars and with large trucks. If this vehicle had been given to someone with less experience or some given to panicking, the results would have been disastrous. It seems to me that checking the wipers should be a basic inclusion to any safety inspection. The fact that both wipers failed in snow, and frankly would have been equally useless in rain, tells me that they had been left uninspected.Mike W.

This is for uhaul only .The front tires were bald on the right side of both both tires. This is meaning a steering and an alignment issue that needs attention. No washer fluid in reservoir. The transmission shifts down really hard slowing down after 45 mph. This environment fee is a profit scam since this company is a 3 billion dollar company that cant repair their product to safe standards. Wait until some one get hurt or killed. Be know do!!Shawn F.

The lady in charge was very rude. She cussed me out and hung up on me. When we showed up to drop the truck and trailer off the driveway/parking had no room. I think you should pull the uhaul contract from rest well inn, this wasn't the first terrible experience I've had dealing with this particular company.Stephenandrew C.

Fill in the correct return mileage, my dumbass never looked at the mileage when I got in the truck, so my 23 miles that I drove turned in to 74 miles. Then as I went to unload the truck at 930 pm I find out the cargo light doesn't work, so I'm stuck loading my stuff in to a storage unit in the dark. Never again!!! Ill just use my truck next time.Greg B.

Door was locked, although the person answered the doorbell quickly. She asked if I wanted a paper receipt and I said yes, which she was not pleased with but begrudgingly agreed to. Once inside, she was very speedy and helpful.ERIC W.
