Inaccurate information provided over the phone when I called to say we would be late, they said no problem, not that it would cost an extra day, we turned in the truck at the same fuel level, yet they charged for additional fuel. Not happy with that at all.RICHARD L.
The Truck was very dirty, windshield was very difficult to see out of due to not being cleaned. Seats where sticky, last driver left a used face mask and garbage in door. The back of the truck was not clean, dirt and wood chips all over the floor, over all not well maintained truck.VINCENT L.
Location did not have appliance dolly or furniture pads, as ordered, and charged me for the pads even when asked to remove charge. Also, embellished gas amount in their favor to charge extra.SEAN C.

It was a very stressful experience. We booked well ahead and confirmed our reservation several times before the date of our move. UHaul changed our pickup location twice in the last few days before we were to depart, then telling us the day before our move that no truck was available. Finally we were called at 10 pm that a 26' truck just came in at the Shell station in Silverdale, WA. We drove 35 miles to pick it up, uncleaned, un-disinfected and with cat hair all over the seats of the cab. The condition of the truck and it's fluids were never checked before we left. To make matters worse the proprietor at the gas station had to keep calling his boss to find out how to rent the truck to us. He spent over an hour and a half trying to get it done, and we finally drove the truck out at 12:30 am. We got to bed at 1:30 am with the moving crew coming to load the truck at 8 am that morning. We were almost too exhausted to make the 6-hour trip the next day.jane M.
