I picked up my truck on a day they were closed, so I was the phone with uhaul most of the time trying to figure stuff out. The trucks were in a different location than they gave me. I took me over 20min to find them. Once in the truck I noticed how old and run down it was. I thought I was going to fall out of the seat. There was no way to adjust the steering wheel, so I couldn't see over it (I'm 4'9.5). Because it took so long to get into the truck and I was already 30+ minutes late, I was getting very frustrated. I couldn't figure out how to get out of the gated area. I was on the phone with uhaul again, but that guy couldn't even find the place. I saw an emergency number to call, but all that did was try to sell me a Life alert, or hang up on me. I finally got out 30+ minutes later, but was worried all day about my car (an enterprise rental) parked inside the gate. When I finally returned the truck, I was paranoid I would get locked in again. Eventually, another customer came along and told us that there's a sensor inside that automatically opens the gate from inside. A sign explaining that would have been very helpful.
