The address was wrong. We showed up at the wrong place. There was no sign telling us where to go instead. We had to call the number then see where to go. Even the business next door had no idea. Said they packed up and moved over night without telling anyone.Kent G.

Be sure to inspect the equipment you are trying to sell to customers before you go ahead and attach a 6x12 trailer to go from Baton Rouge, LA to Midland, Tx... the tires were bald and they said it was inspected last week! They need new inspectors! I wish I could upload photos to show proof!DANA B.

My uhaul had the check engine light on when I picked it up and the a/c didn't work. When it started raining there were puddles everywhere in the truck and dripping throughout the roof. Half of my boxes were falling apart because they were so wet.Josh P.

Overall I was satisfied with this rental. However, when I arrived at the preferred pickup location, the trailer was not there, and I was told I had to go to different location. I was called a couple days prior to confirm, and this would've been a good time to relay that information. Fortunately, I didn't have to drive far. Everyone was above polite.David S.
