Equipment packed in like sardines with no order. It all was just shoved into behind the gate of an old run down storage facility. U-Hauls reputation seems to be Diminishing, I will look to another rental fleet the next time I need equipment.

The guy running the show at the one I used was very rude, didn't seem like he wanted to answer any of my questions just wanted my debt card and ID and had no parking at his location. Very inconvenient and very poor managed plus.. the place looks like a broken down house and property isn't taken care of. Will definitely be writing a bad review directly on his location.

What a dive! Hard to get into to return the moving truck. No personnel was available to confirm return of the moving van. I was charged a fee for being late when I was actually 16 hours early. A refund notification of the late fee has been delivered to me. I will see if it actually happens on my credit card. Not satisfied with the service.

The place was a mess. Parking was not well defined. No one was in the office to answer questions. You were to leave the keys and the contract in a lock box. No way to keep my copy. I think it all worked out so done with U-haul for now. Thanks

No evidence of any humans around. Very run down with many rusty old cars and trash at the site. Scary as a single woman!! No entrance on Chase Road. I reported all of this info.

Tire blew out 89 miles leaving us stranded for 3 hours. We were sent to this location out of our way from original place we wanted to pick up from. about 20 miles. Trailer looked like it had been sitting there for awhile as weeds grew around it. The guy was going to leave chains dragging on ground. He said trailer was plugged in and plug fell out. I had to reclose back door as he did not have it properly closed and would have flown open on freeway. We double checked drop off location and it was no where near where we were taking it. He tried to tell us it was going to be more. He said he would fix it. He said he would email us contract, never got it. So while stranded we spent 30 minutes trying to get access to help. When we dropped off trailer we were told we were not at the right location. Still unsure where he was sending us.

The old man John did give us a discount as he did not have the size truck we wanted but otherwise he was not a pleasant man. When we returned I questioned the bill and said as he could no see it there was nothing he could do. I never received my final copy of my bill so I could go over it . He was much to interested talking with a friend he had there. I though he was rather rude in not taking care of the questions I had or sending me my final bill and copy of the contract

Good customer service. Quick call back to answer questions. I did not setup the app but think if I did it would have been much easier. Next time... Will definitely use this site again for uhaul rental.

Was charged $106.00 for gas going 22 miles. Trying to get rectified. Looked at two trucks, both gas gauges were on 1/4 of a tank to start. When returned, was charged $106 to fill up. The U-Haul person was not there.

This place was a disaster!! Filthy mess of old broken down automobiles and junk. This is an eyesore on Uhaul. It should not be allowed to be "open for business". Of course, it really isn't. There was no one there when we arrived. We finally called the number on our contract, and he thought we were coming at 4pm--no where on the contract did it have a time. It took him 15 minutes to arrive and it was crazy getting the trailer hooked up and out of the maze of rusty broken down vehicles and potholes and disorganization.

We had to wait around. Was told one thing on phone and in person and then ended up being double the cost I was told! And I gave him a different card to change payment, which he said was fine. Gave him card info but he charges the wrong one which really hurt me financially! Was difficult the whole process!!

Hours stated as 8:00 - 5:00 on Uhaul website, Made reservation for 9hrs, Turned in keys at 4:22 PM in drop box because owner leaves at 4PM. Was charged an extra day of rental and insurance. Not happy!

Build a new office, the current one looks like it will fall down at any second. The address was very difficult to find using GPS, because the entrance is on a different street.

Gas tank was not full, it was less than a quarter of a tank . Had no way of knowing how much fuel to refill. Was supposed to be less than $60, but was over $95... Have pictures if needed

John represents uHaul Corp very well. He was flexible with challenges I had on the website (see next paragraph) as well as some mechanical issues with the truck. The corporate website needs work. I ended up making three reservations because the website kept throwing me out. Unknown to me, each time I was thrown out it created a reservation. I have used uHaul three times in the past week or so. Each time I used the website i had issues. The only time I didn't have issues was when I made the reservation in person in Spokane Valley WA when I rented a van. Again, kudo's to John from River City for his help!!

Nobody was at the location, kinda confusing on where to even park truck, had to call Uhaul to make sure I can leave vehicle, building where I thought the office was was very rundown. But everything in the end went well so I guess it would be rated average. I wish I could have talked with a person as I had further questions on future rentals.
