It was not explained to me that the pick-up process was entirely automated. Even though I had paid in advance, I still needed to get the website on my phone and do a lot more work. Had there not been internet access (and it was sketchy) I would have been out of luck. And, had there not been the owner of the business present, I would not have known what to do. The elements for automating this process are OK but the directions and explanation prior to pick up was lacking greatly. Also, I paid for 10 moving blankets and a hand cart and there were NOT in the vehicle. I need a refund for that.Mark P.

My contract said one location for drop off but got a text about drop off it was another location. Also self checkout on my phone seems like it didn't work right . Need to make sure text has right destination on drop off . Also improve the chem out through phones. The trailer was older but had been recently rewired. The tires were excellent. The trailer towed very well over the almost 1000 miles I traveled. I will use uhaul again, but hopefully not the little C location.william A.

Hey didn't know how the trailer hooked up and the hitch lock was jammed. There wasnt a block underneath the trailer head so you had to pick the heavy thing up off the ground. And we asked for a utility dolly which they didn't have we had to drive to another uhaul place and pick it up. Don't think I'll be using uhaul again to move the rest of the items out of my house that were used for staging. Will definitely be looking for other options.Brittany S.

While the location was convenient and Lynda called me the day prior, I would characterize her behavior as unprofessional --- using curse words and joking in a manner that wasn't helpful. In addition, Uhaul changed the truck I was getting at the last moment and the one I received had a check engine light that I had to point out to staff (they were unaware). Finally, the gas amount in he truck was 1/4 - 3/8 lower in the truck than what was on my receipt. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until my trip was underway; and, given my experience in the shop, I really didn't want to return to deal with it. I did think I could address it when I dropped the equipment off, but I was unable. In addition, the mileage allowed for my trip was too low -- a fact I realized about 1/2 way into my trip. I had to return to my home to pick up what I was hauling. The mileage (70) from the pick up location to drop off location (gettysburg,PA to Parkville, MD) didn't give enough leeway for me to return to my home (6 mi from pick up location). I was approx 9 miles over for the trip, incurring additional expense in addition to the extra 2-3 gallons of gas I had to put in the truck.CHRISTIAN P.

I was charged 0.39 for being less than 1 mile over the "allotted" 348 miles AFTER UHaul altered my reservation pick up time by 4.5 hours (as noted in the other comment.) That's just salt in the wound.GABRIEL D.

the rental agent road rangers were very friendly and helpful . the process was quick and easy, and I got credit for early return which was nice. the only problem was the hydraulic brake system leaking and blowing on my truck tailgate . I am not blaming , just making you awarePETER T.

The service staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, there was a glitch for the staff member, as she tried to get the computer system to cooperate, but it kept kicking her out of the system when it came to the decline entry, so that took more time than I had figured on it taking.
