Pickup and drop off locations were good. I cannot say the same for my experience prior to pickup. I made a reservation for pickup about a week in advance. The day before pickup I receive a call from a lady at uhaul in El Paso stating that uhaul could not honor my reservation. When I explained my frustration, she stated that uhaul could only make reservations for what they had on hand the day of pickup. That completely defeats the purpose of an actual reservation. Why didn't the person I made the reservation with initially tell me that? I had to drive 60+ miles to pickup the truck and tow dolly. And that's another thingâ€¦.. the truck and vehicle tow device I asked for was not available for the trip. Absolutely nothing I asked for and promised actually came to pass. Uhaul needs to get its act together. In the future I will intentionally use a competitor. As I explained my frustration to the pickup location staff I was told by the young lady assisting me, â€œI don't like uhaul eitherâ€. Your methods are pretty bad when even your own locations are expressing that. Totally negative experience.JAMES D.

I got the vehicle and it was disgusting. The staff wasn't at all helpful and the gentleman that was cleaning them out didn't do anything but talk on the phone. I watched him take 3 vehicles and had them done in 10 min. I returned the vehicle before it was due clean and just as much gas and still had to pay moreJenny R.

Communication with local and national UHAUL has been abysmal. I still haven't received a reply to my invoice inquiries. The pickup location was changed from when I originally placed the order and the U-Haul rental location was notified but I was NOT, so I went to the wrong location and wasted a bunch of time trying to figure it out. Upon returning trailer one of the tires was worn down to a very "Dangerous Bald Condition". Owner Mr Neudorf stated "There is something wrong with axel of that trailer and we will have to notify the U Haul Area Manager for inspection and instructed an employee to take of a photo to document what was discovered."CANDELARIO R.
