The truck cab and bed had not been cleaned and were disgusting. Food and trash and stains were all over. There was pet hair all over the seats. The location was not the original location and when I got there they did not have the pads I had reserved and I had to go to the original location I wanted to pick up the truck in order to get the pads. There also was tax that was not originally disclosed upon ordering so the cost was significantly higher than expected. I believe some sort of compensation should be given for the terrible experience.

Micheal Humm communication. the pickup place was amazing. changing my reservation from one place to another with poor communication was not amazing. Then pick up, I had so many issues before I finally got ahold of the office to help. The entire experience stressed me out so bad and made me late on my time moving.
