Do not rent any equipment from this establishment. We got 2 different tow dollys that were in need of immediate repairs and the truck we were given had had 5 identical complaints reported on it in the last month but yet it was still rented out to us. I am 100% dissatisfied with the company and have NEVER experienced issues of this magnitude! I do not ever plan on using Uhaul ever again.

Was supposed to pick up in Starkville, had to go to Louisville to pick up. Wrong address and phone number to facility on my confirmation. After spending an extra 45 minutes looking for the place, had to stop to ask where to go. Pick up place was old/dirty. Attendant fell asleep while I was on the phone checking in. Terrible experience!!!

Ronnie Eubanks and his staff as usually are surpurb to deal with, no one there has a problem with my verbal disability. But then I have know Ronnie and his Dad since I was a small child.

The man said to leave it in the drive way he was busy and would check it in later. We called 2 days in a row and asked for a receipt to be emailed and asked if it had been checked in. Then when we confirmed they said they did not see the blankets. We returned everything. Very poor business practice. No one on site to take care of Uhaul customers.

First of all I made reservations to pick up in Starkville Mississippi at 8:00 am on the 26th. And I receive a phone call around 7:00 that they didn’t have a truck there. And didn’t know what time or when they would get one in. Doesn’t work out for me at all and it went down hill from there. So I had to drive 25 miles to Louisville and pick up a truck the lady Kathy was very rude in Louisville. So she she didn’t know what time the guy would be in to open the store up that morning and I’m like I can’t believe this is happening to me . When I made reservations a week and half ago on this truck. So I called and the 1-800 number and talk to this girl name Alisha in Jackson ms and she was very nice and pleasant because at this point I was mad as hell... and she really did made me feel like she was really sorry and was going to do everything she can to help me out. She when I finally got my truck it was so dirty and nasty I just went ahead and took the truck as is. Because I was already three hours behind schedule. Then I finally got the truck and made it to Montgomery and return it the same day and woke up the next morning to find out they charge me 25.00 to clean up fee. Well first of all it was dirty when I got it and I didn’t feel like I should clean it. But I went on and took the25.00 lost because I will never never rent from uhaul AGAIN!!!!!! And I promise you that!!!! But I do thank Alisha’s think from Jackson Ms
