The location was fine, but the app for self-serve pick-up was a disaster. We were time-constrained and it probably took 45 minutes to get the keys to the vehicle. Customer support kept asking us to "sign out and then sign in" with the hopes that we could initiate our "pick up."

So I told him that I didn't want the truck unless I can drop it off at a different location. He said to call uhaul when I was done and it wouldn't be a problem. I called and was told I had to bring it across town through tons of traffic back to the same location because that's the way he entered it. I don't think I will ever use or recommend u haul again.

Marco H.When changing locations for pick up, it would be most helpful if an email or separate notice be sent rather than burying that change-of-location information in a separate confirmation notification, especially since the original site had made arrangements for how to pick up the vehicle when the original site was closed on the weekend.

Krishna R.The 10 ft truck I reserved had damaged back door, so I was upgraded to a 15 ft truck. (I already had to travel several miles to this location after my original reservation from a closer location was not available). The 15 ft was dirty and had to be sept out before I could take it. The 15 ft truck also showed that it had more gas than it really did, the fuel gauge dropped about a quarter of a tank as soon as I drove it off the lot!

Daniel P.This location is not safe for dropoff. "Just park the truck next to the dumpster", and "drop off the key with the person behind the glass. No one checked the equipment, provided a receipt, or could assist with equipment issues. It's basically a minimart with a UHaul sign hanging out front.

And now I have to wait 3-5 business days for something that I shouldn't have been charged to be processed back into mt account. Won't be using U-Haul again. Explain the process better first hand before you overcharge people
