Heather MedlinI returned the truck on Saturday, April 8. It took multiple follow ups and calls to several Uhaul managers to get the truck checked in. Luckily I had taken photos of the dashboard for odometer and fuel levels with the Rosewood BP visible. If you must rent from Uhaul in Columbia, avoid using these locations. Take pictures at each step. Collect the names of each person you interact with.

Kimberly CroweThere was no Dropbox for the keys so I went into the gas station and tried to drop off the keys at the register. The employees were very rude and said that we couldn't drop it off at that location because no one could move the vehicles later to refuel the station. They threatened to tow the U-Haul and said I would have to pay for it. Reluctantly they took the keys after the employee spoke with the manager. Worst customer service ever!
Chris KnoxIt is a gas station. I opted to use no contact pickup. The process is not seamless and I needed help in the end. In the signup process online I did not choose any insurance. I ended up with the insurance because the entire process at the uhaul location was done on the clerks phone. I did not think i needed to start the process over. Budget?

Barry AmmonsIt was a generally fine experience, but that’s about it, the app was a bit cumbersome, the equipment was not readily available and the tension bolts on the box of the truck desperately need tightening. The overall experience met my needs for a very short move, but I don’t get the impression that vehicle would have been overwhelming safe for a more involved move.

Katherine RyanThe online checking asked for documents for identification like passport. Who brings a passport to a U-haul? It was late in the process to decide you're not going to release the vehicle to me. It just pisses people off for no reason.
JOHN BUCKLEYThe return process was terrible. I had to wait until they finished with all the customers in the store INCLUDING the ones that came in after me. As more customers came in they kept telling me to wait another minute. Terrible set up

IAN COLLINSIt was in a gas station. Only one guy working and trying to run other business while helping uhaul customers. The Uhaul leaked inside the cab on both sides where the seat belt comes out. We drove 9 hrs with rain dripping in on both of us the entire way. A napkin was shoved up in hole to obviously stop any rain previously. The USB ports did not work.

STACY SQUIREWELLRoger, the attendant assisting us when we turned the U-Haul in around 6:45 p.m. on 2/6/21, was very helpful. However, we had to wait around 20-25 minutes to complete the drop-off. Roger had no help and therefore he had to wait until no one was in the convenience store to inspect our U-Haul outside the store and to complete our U-Haul transaction. He needed help. If this location is going to operate as a U-Haul dealership, especially on a busy Saturday night, the owner should hire additional personnel to assist with the U-Haul transactions. As I stated, I am not blaming Roger who was very nice.
