He wrote down the information on the back of a receipt and sent me on my way , dropped the truck off 1 day early but got charged a extra for not bringing it back and now trying to get a refund,glad I got pictures of everything to prove my case
Jody CLady was rude, said they don’t accept 20ft trucks, wouldn’t give me a receipt, and demanded all 12 blankets be folded and brought in. I do not recommend this place!
Tamie MThe truck was ready and the attendant was very nice. However the moving blankets I reserved with the truck a month ago were not available. I was able to locate at a nearby location but they didn’t have the amount I needed. So a bit of hassle but it worked out.
Mike CMy credit card was charged an extra $46.91 for what appears to be a late fee. I picked up the rental truck at 1:20 Saturday 3/21. I filled the tank with gas and returned the keys at 4pm. Why are we being charged extra?
