I would like to thank the neighborhood UHAUL dealer at Haverhill & Forest Hill BLVD in Lakeworth FL for their help. You were amazing. Everything was great; I received my bill from U HAUL. My account was deducted the amount that was charged and credited back any additional funds that was deducted. It was a very good experience dealing with U HAUL. I picked up the truck on a Saturday. I had to do the process on-line. It is complicated and took too long but eventually it worked. I returned it on Sunday. The process was somewhat easier. So far I didn't receive the receipt by email.Flavio M.

Awful. Just awful. If there was an ability to rate this less then one star I would. The whole process took 3 hours to get a truck that I revered online. They forgot that I was coming in the morning and took an hour to get there once I was able to get in touch with them. They canceled the order and then re made the order 3 times, each time saying it was something on the uhaul system. It was just a mess and very unprofessional and unorganized. The truck was not filled with gas when I did finally get it and it was not in the best shape. All in all, I will never use this location again. Gives the company a bad name.Rebecca K.
First, I was transferred to 3 different locations to pick up the truck (18 miles drive) before get the truck Second , The app took more than 30 minutes to give the code ( no purpose of doing self pick up anymore) and there was no one in the office to help or support. For that reason I arrived 1 hour late to my destination that cost me $150 for late arrival. They are charging me for 1 utility dolly 1 furniture dolly and 1/2 dozen of furniture mats That I never received. Or refunded yet This was the worst experience I had using Uhaul services in my lifePedro N.
