Nicholas DI had opted for a furniture dolly while booking. When I went to collect the equipment, I was told that a dolly was not available. The person at the store said that he can provide a store dolly for $10 cash. After payment he gave me a u-haul furniture dolly which I had opted for while booking for $7. I ended up paying an extra $3.

The equipment is consistently clean, reliable, and ready on time, which makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. The staff are always friendly, professional, and helpful every time I come in. Definitely one of the better U-Haul locations I’ve worked with and I’ll continue renting from them in the future.

lokesh tI rented a truck for a day from Stunp Office in Coppell, TX. When I returned the truck I told the U-Haul gentleman that my mileage estimate was more than the 20 miles I had guessed that morning; it was actually 39 miles. He told me twice that there would be no charge for mileage. That surprised me but I went ahead with the turn-in procedure. Everything was great until I went home and checked my receipt from U-Haul in my email. Indeed I was charged for 39 miles. My complaint has nothing to do with the service and equipment I received that day. But I wanted an explanation about why the Stunp Office/U-Haul gentleman went ahead and charged me for mileage. I called Stunp Office and spoke with the owner who cordially listened to my concerns. He said he would speak with the gentleman I dealt with and call me back in about an hour. That was about 38 hours ago. I have received no response from the two emails I sent. Call me old-fashioned, but when a man tells me that he's going to do something, he should do it. And if not, then he should at least explain why not. Two men at Stunp Office/U-Haul told me they were going to do something. I'm still waiting.
