The links that i was sent were wonky and hard to use. Pick up was mostly smooth. The dolly was in pretty good shape and I found no issues with it. The links didn't want to work but the guy was very helpful. I don't think my total time on site was more than 20min.

Scott FRented a truck and trailer 10 days ago. Night before pickup told no trailer available and then a trailer was located an hour away and I could go get it. Picked up truck at 730am, drove an hour north waited until 930, no one showed up at the Madras location. Then told a trailer was available back in Redmond 45 minutes back where I came from. A lot of poor communication and last minute scrambling. Caused me a lot of problems. Would be a lot better to communicate issues with a phone call and not just robo texts that really don't explain problems. Also, trailer that was on premises in Madras that I was supposed to get had one tire that was absolutely bad. Glad I wasn't able to get that trailer.

Jeb JReserving, pick up and drop off was easy. Thank You. Even though a previous attempt to repair the front corner of the trailer was made, it still leaks. I am talking about the front RH top corner as looking into the trailer from the back. Luckily our usage was short, and we had plastic to cover the mattress that sat right up against that wall and corner.
Timothy HAfter hours drop off (4:50 PM). No instructions for where to leave the trailer. UHaul app worked fine for dropoff.

Thankfully we saw some U-Haul on our drive in and turned around and were able to figure it out ourselves from there. Other than the weird map taking us to the wrong place it was a great location.

Joshua SI have rented U-Haul‘s from many places in this area, but never have had as good of an experience as I’ve had with this company! They are excellent, quick and everything seems to flow flawlessly with them! My last rental was to help a family move. The family was cleared to move into their place so we loaded up the 26 foot truck, but before arriving, we found out that they weren’t going to allow the family to have the keys to the new place because they said they needed another document. It took more than a week for this situation to be resolved and so the 26 foot truck full of stuff sat accruing charges for each day. But, this rental company and the great people who work there chose to be understanding and kind and didn’t charge us for the eight extra days that we had the truck. Who does that? What a great company! Danielle and the other workers there were all super kind and very understanding! This is now my second time renting from this company, and I will be renting many more times from them!!! Just wanna say a big thank you to Sage rental and U-Haul – you all are great! What an excellent company!

Nancy SI was greeted by the worker when I pulled up, although he was nice and asked if the vehicle was of my liking. I did notice before he approached the truck that he grabbed at Billy club and put it in his hand as he approached me at the vehicle when I was getting out I thought this was unusual, but maybe he had some bad experiences with renters. Just thought it was odd.

RICHARD RA location like this, really should offer bathrooms or at least an out house. non available to the public. The trailer appearance was good shape, however, this trailer has seen miles, this older style has tweeked rear doors, they shut but with extra help, really two people. it trailed pretty well, but did have a little side to side down the road, not sure why and it wasnt dangerouse amount, did more empty then loaded. *** One big deal that I seen two others beside myself struggle with as I did the last two times I rented this trailer in Mcminnville. The tong has too much weight to safely man handle. I witnessed a pretty strong younger man probably in early 40's struggle as well. You need better balance or tong jacks, it is unsafe this way. We will continue to rent from you guys, all three times both locations, we were treated very well and respectful.
