KEN NThe truck was dirty like muddy muddy, and it had a terrible smell. It would be unacceptable for me to bring a truck back like that and I shouldn’t had a move in a truck like that. I’ve never checked the truck because I’ve never had a problem at like this many years I’ve been running from you ha.

suzannw mApparently there was some damage, I had bought insurance and someone was suppose to call me to day but no one did. Uhaul dropped the ball bad yesterday :(
MARTIN MLocated in very bad area. Many homeless patrons inside. Clerk did not go over inspection of vehicle and did not inform me to inspect vehicle prior to leaving premises. Clerk did not inspect truck for damage with me, simply gave me the keys. Did not inform me to inspect vehicle prior for damages. No obvious damages were noted. I never entered side passenger door therefore any damage that was already to seat would not have been seen.
DAVID PThe truck was very dirty and smelled of smoke- cigarettes and weed. There was supposed to be a dolly which there was not. The back of the truck had garbage in it. Very dissatisfied.

PATRICKJOHN WThe gas station at which I picked up the vehicle was seedy. The first cashier was blatantly high on something, stared at the screen for well over a minute in silence before having someone else take over the transaction. I was not given the furniture pads, but I was still charged for them, after being guaranteed by the cashier that the charge would be removed and requesting such in an email. No one from customer service has responded to me about this matter.
Ashton DI don't know if this has anything to do with the location, but when I returned the car, the guy told me he'll check the truck out for me and email me the receipt. But checked it out 12 minutes and charged me for an extra day only for 12 minutes, which was not even my fault because it's a corner store so they had customers and I was just waiting there for him. I was able to get the refund after calling the customer care and waiting on line for 30+ minutes.
MAHIAN CRental veichle need to be clean. Previous user didn't fill up gas. Cause of that I believe I had to pay extra gas money .Really disappointed.

KAREN RThe owner knew who I was and helped me with the return which was great. The building smelled like someone has smoked inside it for 50+ years. I didn't realize I was just under 1/2 a tank when I returned it. For this i was charged an additional $12+ which seems excessive based on how cheap gas currently is and that there is a gas station at this location.
Nevada OCalled and Rushed me to have the truck back by Noon & it was only 10:30. I would have just went to another place. Dont rent if your nervous about booking.

Joseph Bdid not have the equipment I ordered online which was an appliance dolly I had to drive to four different U-Haul locations in order to rent one my only suggestion is to have a dolly for customers other than that staff was very professional and courteous truck was nice and clean and in order

craig wSave your quotes, I called earlier in the week and was quoted $334.00 and when I called on Saturday morning to confirm booking, I was told $434.00. only because the Pod was delivered, it was too late to cancel. My family use U-Haul all the time and I am very disappointed. I will have to take my business somewhere else.

DESHAWN SAre you JOKING? Ignore the requested pickup (a large Uhaul dealer), make you drive 30 mi to get equipment and then it's NOT there - so make you drive to a THIRD location?
Dale MDont over charge them for days they dont have the equipment. When do do overcharge refund the money instead of giving them empty promises!
Dwayne RI was over charged at this location...i went 8 miles and got a 20$ truck how did i end up paying 70$+ will never use uhaul again !!!!!!!
