The location was fine. The U-Haul check in experience was not good.

The person at the counter was very friendly and really tried to help, but she had no idea what she was doing and had to call the owner, who also didn't know how to solve the problem - that I was given a quote and what they were charging me was higher. (It was because I added insurance, so it wasn't wrong, but she couldn't help figure that out.) I called a customer service line where a gentleman was very helpful and assured me I could leave with the truck and would not get overcharged. The truck was clean in the cab and box, but the windshied was filthy.
Thomas PI arrived and the key to the truck was not in the lock box. The location also did not have an appliance dolly. When I talked with the attendant on duty, she said she only had a utility dolly and I would have to call U-Haul to resolve that. When returning the truck, the attendant interrupted my remote return and said she needed to check it in. She took the keys and I asked if I needed to complete the app turn-in and she said I could go. After leaving, the app had an error and deleted the photos, but I couldn't retake them because the attendant had already taken control of the vehicle. She seemed bothered and unprofessional. I won't use them again.
BRUCE PCustomer service was poor. The lady that helped us made us feel rushed and like we were an inconvenience. She was flat out rude and short. We wiill not be returning back to this location.
