make sure that the supplier actually delivers supplies regularly. There were NO furniture blankets although I had asked for 12. The manager said the supplier had not been there in over a month. The "manager" - if that is his title - was very rushed to get to his "real business", handed me the key and disappeared. He did not ask about the mirrors and they were so stuck I could not adjust them myself.JULIE H.

Better instructions are needed for where to park returns, and better signage is needed at the location for where to access the parking area (which is a dirt lot adjacent to the facility, accessed by going to a neighboring facilities driveway and then taking a narrow dirt path onto the lot).Corey K.

My contract said I had the truck until May 22 (two days) I returned the truck the same day! He (the man where I was dropping the truck off) called after having the truck for only 4-41/2 hours, we were driving and 130 Miles away. He sent a Text and called, the phone messages that was left was like an EMERGENCY to return the truck! I did NOT appreciate the feeling it gave me, it was like I wasn't going to return the truck! I felt pressured and upset. I had the truck till the 22nd. I have never ever gotten a phone call from the people where I was returning the truck to before. After we unloaded the truck I called to let him know that we would be there in 30 minutes to return the truck, he said okay take your time and I'm not going to charge you a late fee. WHAT a late fee for returning a truck that wasn't late! On top of that when we picked up the truck the man there said that we would receive $20 off the rental if we return the truck the same day. When we return the truck the man there said that the $20 was supposed to be already taken off. Not only did we not get the $20 off there was extra charges taxes and a $5 environmental fee, nothing was ever said about extra fees! this should be on the contract as a total price not the price they gave me. I paid more then U-Haul said I would. I am not happy! I feel like I was deceived. I will never never ever rent from U-Haul again! and I will tell all my friends my experience with U-Haul. It was unacceptable the way I was treated.Kenneth L.

Returned truck with more gas then when I picked it up and pre payed for 60 miles all said and done I drive 61 miles, so the place charged my card .84 cents for one extra mile but I did not receive a refund for the extra gas that was in it. Idk prolly just frustrated with this world we all live in and am taking it out on in the wrong place but damn come on man!MICHAEL J.

This location was fantastic, however the experiencing of renting the uhaul FROM uhaul was awful. I RESERVED a truck at a specific location utilizing the RESERVATION feature online weeks in advance. I was contact 4 days before my move date to tell me the closest location pick up was 25 miles away, I would not be reimbursed for the extra miles I would need to drive to get the truck and that reservations are not actually reservations but they are simply requests. POOR BUSINESS by UHAUL. EXCELENT BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE CONTRACTED DEALER ON HWY 32.Hannah H.

The Uhaul was filthy when I got it and there was a giant crack in the windshield that I only saw after cleaning the filthy windshield. The Uhaul had not been swept, and the front had not been cleaned, or sanitized when I was handed the keys. The Uhaul website says that every Uhaul is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each use to help keep customers safe from COVID during the pandemic. THAT IS A LIE. Uhaul does not care if it's customers get infected from filthy Uhauls. Uhaul is a terrible company and is extremely lazy/flaky. I called customer service several times and they transfer you around until they hang up on you. Nobody at Uhaul from the bottom to the top seems to give two damns. Go with another company.Andrew V.

When I called to make this reservation from the main 800 number they advise me I will be able to pick up my trailer at 7 o'clock in the morning but found after several minutes a email was sent to me stating that I was not able to pick it up till 11 o'clock that was very disappointing but the man at the establishment was very professional and did his best to accommodate me at the time I needed it.Jay D.

The only thing I would say is tell your customers they have to park the truck in the field before they come we had to turn around farther down the rd. And then pass the actual uhaul facility again to pull the truck into the field. And then back down the rd to the actual uhaul.Garron I.

The one confusing thing was when I registered it gave me the address but when i arrived it was a small store with lock boxes outside on the wall with instructions. That was all confusing etc. I called the number on my paper work and it was down the road. The contact from there was VERY helpful and everything else went very smoothly.Debbie S.
