Clean the truck so damage is visible to new renters for their inspection and put the dolly for packages in the truck so customers don't have to wait until you open to retrieve what they paid for.Alesia D.

The rental went well however I was DOUBLE charged. The general manager at this site was RUDE DISRESPECTFUL and downright MEAN. He didn't want to hear me out but insisted he was right and he insisted if I had an issue to call corporate. No wonder after being on the phone with corporate for just over an hour and a half they listened to my original order conversation and finally admitted the overcharge not only refunding the overcharge but also giving me a $15 vip credit for my next uhaul purchase. WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION IN THE FUTURE. Very poor customer service after return and OVER CHARGED for rental. This location needs their franchise revoked.KIM G.

Thanks for asking. I believe u-haul provides good service. However, when it comes to clarity on with charges for mileage it can be misleading. Yes on the contract which I was not made aware of, that 116 miles was allowed which I honestly didn't pay attention to . All that was made clear to me is that the truck had 7/8 worth of gas and when it should be returned. But when I returned the vehicle, I was made aware that I went over the mileage that was on the contract I received. It could go both ways. I should have looked closely at the contract or it should have been stated from the beginning. I chose uhaul because it was reasonable and I didn't see mileage being a upfront notice like Ryder, budget and Penske. Nevertheless, I will use U-haul again. Thanks for listening.Kevin S.

Called 1-800 number to reserve a truck for 2 days since that is not an option online. Was told I was good to go but upon arrival I was told I could only have the truck 1 day. Rep worked with me immediately and found a solution right away. He was great company Rep!philip C.

They were so accomodating and helpful. They offer options to customers who used uhaul/ubox for the first time. Joe even lent us his rope to secure our stuff and he was so patient in going back and forth to forklift our boxea. Thank you glendale branch!AEVEN ANNE D.

If it was not for the fact that I have been a customer of uhaul for over 15 years, I would never rent a truck again. The truck smelled, was dirty (to include half eaten candy in the cup holder) the cab was filthy just in general. The fuel level was off and I didn't get the equipment I requested nor was I called to inform me. I assumed the dolly in the back was left for me so i used it. Come to find out it was a "utility" dolly instead of an appliance dolly. Due to renting it after hours I used the dolly and then was charged for both. When I called the store, (the first 1 hour of dialing was not answered and there is no voicemail set up) the lady was extremely rude and proceeded to tell me she couldn't help me because she was there last night and I should have verified it. So I decided to call the 1 800 number. the first guy said he couldn't help me. So instead of being transferred I had to call back in and wait another 20 minutes and finally i got my $10 back this is crazy and unacceptable I would seriously consider an audit of this location.Tyrone F.
FIRST TIME CUSTOMER AT UHAUL: Per my reservation, Glendale St. wasn't the initial drop-off location. However, being that I didn't arrive in time to drop off the trailer at the scheduled point, I was referred to another location (Marshall St.) - where the representative refused to take the trailer and told me to go elsewhere because he had no space for me. As such, I located the Glendale St. location, which was also closed. However, the representative accepted the trailer. The representative apologized for the mistreatment I received at the Marshall St. location and was very helpful in detaching the trailer from my vehicle. Although all ended well, I don't believe I will be using UHAUL for future moves nor give a referral to others.Felicia A.

U-Haul sent emails before pick up the vehicles would be sanitized. When I wanted to confirm with dealer he stated "I will not tell you something that HAS NOT been done". We DO NOT sanitize. I will never rent from U-Haul again due to COV19 lack of prep.Clinton S.
