I rented a 26 ft truck number JH2245Dâ€¦on 8/31/22 at 9:55 am for 1 day. It needs a wheel alignment very badly, was stalling, and cut off on me twice that night, so I couldn't move effectively, and was not able to return until abt 2 pm the next day because of the issue due to the individuals I had helping me move had to go to work, so I was with out any help for 1 load and had to wait till morning to find more help because they work 12 hour shifts. I believe the transmission needs to be serviced, I advised location of matter, the rep at the office said she was going to advise manager and see if he could waive the fee for 9/1/22 and he still charged me for that day. I think that was very inconsiderate n unprofessional, due to your vehicle not being maintenanced properly.charlene A.

Fully check the vehicle. It had next to no washer fluid and the tires were leaking air on the passenger side causing a tire pressure sensor fault error.Paul A.

The staff, (Beatrice, Yani), were always very professional and kind. I rented this space for three years, and was completely satisfied with the total arrangement. The woman at the front desk was very professional and helpful. I had some issues getting the truck started and she walked out and gave me a quick tutorial on the step by step. The store was clean and would definitely recommend this to people.Eric S.
The truck was low on gas when I got it. The trip computer showed it only had 32 miles to empty. I would expect a rental to have at least 3/4 tank at a minimum. There was also a noticeable smell in the cab.Kevin E.
I didn't read the gas mileage fine print but the gas hand was definitely not what was said 3/8th was circled but it was a tad bit of 1/4th but I'll definitely pay attention to the reading nexttimeANDRE G.

Truck was very heavy with smoke oder ashes on sit and as opening door to enter flew in my face . the cargo area was not swept broken hangers and cut twisty ties All over. The eco control bogged truck. struggled to go up a road incline . not complaining about price !!!Cathy D.
I should get a discount for doing all the work when I turned it in. Taking four pictures to upload as â€œproofâ€? And having to record all the turn in details myself is ridiculous, if you turn in after hours, there should be a 25% discount, since I've done your job. Once upon a time, you dropped the keys in the box, and your employee processed the turn first thing the next open day.SCOTT I.

The girl was very lazy yesterday when I rented it she didn't feel like getting up really talking to me they don't like to move I had to run out to the truck and verify everything myself once again only a half tankFREDY R.

Get better customer service rep. when I wasn't told I needed to reserve a trailer on line she was Hispanic and kind of vague and indicated NO trailers where available and I needed to go to a different location. A customer suggested I reserve a trailer/van on line and I did for the following day at the same location because it's closer to where I live be more professional pleaseDebra A.

Answer your phone, get a functioning website, get a transaction system that works, have the app have the same features as your website, 24-hour customer service is pointless if you have to wait 30 minutes only to get your call transferred and be put on hold again. Don't switch locations for pickup. This is a huge inconvenience for the customer. Train your representatives better. When Shannon called to tell me my location had been switched, she was very rude and when I asked questions, she would huff out air. Hopefully I will never have to talk to her again. I was set for a 9am pickup for a truck and U-Haul corporate changed from one location to this one. The new location doesn't do electronic/app pickup. So I had to wait an hour for the location to open. Pay my helpers for an hour to stand around and do nothing because of it. If U-Haul Corp would of informed me of that the day they changed my location for pickup, then I would of saved some money. Plus the person that was working at the location did get in early but wouldn't do any truck stuff until 10am.Daniel N.

We reserved a 15' truck and an appliance dolly. When we arrived we had the truck, but they didn't have the dolly available. So we had to go to another U-haul partner location to rent a dolly. Which added a couple miles onto the truck that we hadn't planned and added time overall.CESAR B.

Well it start with the truck 1/4 tank of gas do you know how hard it is to put it back to 1/4 tank .end up leaving it with 1/2 tank at 2.93 a gal not fare. second the radio didn't work and last I had to wait 8mins to rent truck really just charge me the time or have me come back early and no one there at drop off 3:45pm you close at 5pm but you want to charge me $20.00 I have picture's of everything.Fredy R.

During pandemic , trucks not clean and sanitized at all. Took me one hour to sweep and mop out back of truck , customer before me left it FILTHY ,FILTY ,talk to clerk about, said they don't clean and mop out trucks , told her need a maintenance guy to do it in PANDEMIC. I should be given credit for this , front of truck filthy also , swept up a shovel of trash between front and back , use bleach water to sanitize front and back of truck , she gave me a wipe ( really ) ..I use U Haul all the time , wouldn't tell nobody but you'll about this , still would recommend you'll to someone . Not a complaint , just a good subjection for health of customers with virus killing peoples . Thank you BarbaraBarbara B.

My first stop after I pick up your vehicle should not be the gas station becasue there is less then 3/8 of a tank. i bring it back full. I should get a full tank of gas when i pick it up.Raymondralph R.

Was sent from the bolingbrook location because they messed up my reservation then, the joliet people couldn't do any better for me and least compensate the extra miles i had to drive because employees in the company messed up and the truck was dirty with wrappers.christian M.
