Have you vehicles checked and not be rented when there is a check engine light on. When a customer calls and says something is wrong don’t blow them off with “ maintenance all ready knows “ . When your vehicle starts failing and your customer has to drive extra miles to get it to a safe location that they can find help without getting robbed along with your truck how about not charging them the extra miles even when the show the proof and leave it in the car for you to see.
