I was charged for an addition of gas which was Impossible because I filled the truck up less than 3 miles from the drop off point. Not very happy about that BS charge

First of all, I signed up for 24/7 so I could pick the truck up at 8:30am. When I got there there GPS was out of service and there was not a barcode on the box. Then when they got there (at 9:20) they had me go through the registration again (that I had already done on line).Oh,did I mention that, as the pandemic is raging not a single person in the store is wearing a mask. I finally rolled out of their lot a little after 10am. I was not happy.

Having members/employees tell the end user that Uhaul has made it easy to handle everything on your iPhone when you drop off your vehicle. I'll be moving again in 4 months and will use the Uhaul website to make it even easier!

We added an appliance dolly to our order when we reserved the truck, but there wasn't one with the truck! At the time we picked up the truck, the store wasn't open, so no one to ask about it, so we just went on without it and borrowed one from someone to use. How do i get the $12 appliance dolly fee taken off my bill? And, in the future, please be more careful to have everything ready for customers when they pick equipment up.

The truck had no tail lights. Running lights only. We didn't notice till after it was dark. Also the handtrucks were not in the back.
