Truck had broken glass and was filthy inside. Had to clean it before we could load it. This is the 2nd time the fuel amount was less than what we were told at check in. It appears no one checks or verifies the trucks when they are returned, or they are hoping people don't check the fuel amount before they start hoping to scam them.DUSTIN D.

U-Haul failed to have my truck ready in Hinesville and it waisted hours of my time and made me pay full price for 20' truck and a dolly that I never received. I will not be going back to U-Haul after this experience and I will make sure anyone that asks about U-Haul knows my experience as it was a lot of extra stress and almost made me miss my apartment checkin time.Bradlee W.
Fiest location I was supposed to pick up from didn't have my truck so I drove across town for nothing and when you did setup a truck for a replacement I had to drive 20 miles out of my way to pick it up as well as 20 miles back to where I needed to be all while being an hour after I planned to start due to the issues described above. All in all the process was ridiculous, tedious, aggravating and time consuming. Frustrated and annoyed doesn't cover the feelings I had that day.Johnathon M.

Make sure cab of truck is clean. Lift up cup holder/arm rest. There was food & ants underneath. Also, check before customer picks up truck that you have the reserved equipment available. I rented 2 furniture dollies and they were not available.Angela B.

The young lady that helped me in the morning was fantastic! Very professional. The gentleman who took my return was also very professional and communicative. Definitely reccomend this location. The smallest truck available was 20 foot which is what I needed but it seems they mostly only keep 20 foot and up trucks.AARON D.

I was not informed how to check out when I rented the truck or when I dropped it off. The person in Richmond Hill asked if I did my return online I said I didn't know how and he said that he couldn't help me but I was going to be charged a late fee. I informed him I was 2 days early and he just shrugged his shoulders. By the time I figured out how to check out I had locked the truck, dropped the key and left.Judi Z.

I originally selected the truck share 24/7 pickup option when I made the reservation because I selected a 7 pm pickup time and that was after the Shell Store stopped renting even though they were still open. The app would not work and the store manager would not help us. We called customer service and they said their computer was down and they couldn't help us either. My wife then started calling reservations several times and finally got us someone who reached out to the uhaul district manager. She was finally able to convince the Shell station manager to help us. This entire process took an hour or more. Very unacceptable. The truck he gave us was clean but the check engine light remained on.TROY B.

The truck was rented to me with 3/4 a tank of gas and I was illegally charged for refueling it even though I was assured no cost for fuel would be charged. I was lied to and defrauded more than $30. Awful. At least the truck was clean and functional.LAWRENCE F.

I was scammed. I was charged the same amount twice even though I returned the truck the same day clean full of fuel. And I also have the pictures to prove it. This is ridiculous I will not be getting another U-Haul. I will be using Penske as I've told them about my horrible experience with you all they offered me a discount to make up for your horrible customer service to continue my moving. I will never be using U-Haul again and I will be contacting my bank to get my money back from the second unauthorized charge.BRIA C.

The staff are horrible. You can tell they really have no training and would rather not have Uhaul at their location. From the day I picked it up to the day I dropped it off servicewas horrible. When I dropped it off, I pulled right up to the door,went inside and was told that it's after 5pm (7pm) and I would have to check in vehicle from phone. I said can you at least check the vehicle it's right here. He said nope, everything is from the phone. At least have the common courtesy to glance outside and pretend to care. There were no other customers he was alone, look at footage. Will never use them again and they are around the corner from my home. I'm pretty sure I won't be itself last complaintDONALD S.

The truck was dirty. I used it maybe 50 miles put 15 gallons of gas in it which was more that what was in it. They never told me how much was in it never went to the truck with me to confirm cleanliness or gas. I returned it and they charged me 63 for gas. There is no way it cost 93 for 50 miles. They just paid themselves for the gas because they own the gas station. I bought it to uhauls attention and they did nothing. I will never use them again.SYLVIA M.

The worst Uhaul experience in the past 20 years of using Uhaul I have used Uhaul at least 10 times in Ga and Fl. This location is the worse. Staff unfriendly , unhelpful and rude. I live in Richmond hill and recommend Uhaul all the time but I will NEVER use this location again. Please give us RH residents another choice in town.Edward W.
