- check in was very slow (30+ min).. clerk took a long time to complete the rental using his phone app. - van parked in a awkward place. very difficult to review the van for pre-existing damage. - seating area did not look or feel clean. this is unacceptable during of covid - i will not rent from a gas station location again where renting is treated as a "side business"IAINF C.

I did not receive the size of truck that I ordered I had spoke to multiple people throughout the previous week everything was on par and yes I was guaranteed my 20-foot truck that did not happen once I went to get the 15 for truck they could not find the keys and I had to stand around and wait for almost 45 minutes in the rain notChris B.

Clerk was very confused and took 45 minutes to process my pick up. Following the move, the same location but a different clerk was leaving at 840 pm, when the hours clearly state they were open until 9pm advising he would process my bill in the morning. I received an invoice that had charged me two days instead of one. I called the location and was told to call back as they didn't have time to speak with me. I called back a second time and was again told the same thing. I then called the corporate number and the additional credit card charge was immediately reversed. I am not sure what is happening at this location but it appeared to me that I was being purposely overcharged.......not happy as moving is stressful enough as it is without adding this problem!!!!!GREGORYJ C.
