I am suspicious about the gas gauge as I only went 7 miles and it took 6.9 gallons to fill the tank. I can't imagine the truck only gets 1 mpg really? It would be great to get a 20$ refund from you all as I know the tank was not full as stated.Kari A.

We were misquoted on available equipment and price by employee. Manager made this right when we arrived for pick-up. They don't answer the phone and we actually observed the phone being ignored repeatedly while there. And now we have been double charged and although we were assured that would be corrected, so far it has not. And the phone just rings and rings......DONNIE C.

From what I was told in Albq, I needed photos of the dashboard for gas being full and odometer. In TorC all I had to do was drop the key off, if it was lack of knowledge in 87901 or I didnt need the information overall.Paul C.

Uhaul recomends "Help" with loading and/or unloading. I selected the help and on moving day they were supposed to show up between 11am and 12 noon. I arrived at the location at 11 am and received a call from the helpers to tell me that their previous job took longer than expected and they wouldn't arrive until 2 or 3 pm that afternoon. I said ok that I needed help, and proceeded to start loading the truck. I called the helpers at 2 pm and let them know that I had completed loading the truck and wouldn't need their help. I spoke with Guy, he assured me that my deposit was being held and not charged until the work was finished (not correct according to my bank) Also told me that I needed to call their office to cancel and give them a "paid code". I called Guy August 31 to let him know that I had called the "office" and left a message to cancel the job. Guy informed me that I needed to give the "office" the paid code to issue a refund. I verbally told him the pay code and he replied that he would look into it and would call me with the results. well, it's been 1 day and I've received no call. Wondering how long it will take to my $255 dollars back. That's a little steep for a couple of phone calls and no help loading my truck. I haven't reported this to Uhaul but that's my next move!ROGER C.

Left and picked up the truck exactly where you told us to. Had to go an extra 58 miles. Was given the truck on empty. Left the truck with more than half a tank. Was still charged for going 6 miles over even though I disputed. We left the truck better than we found it.Whitney P.
I was assured by this location that the truck was checked out before I picked it up. The truck pulled hard to the left making it hard to keep on the road. The front tires were in obvious need of balancing as they produced significant vibration between 70 and 78mph. Also I was assured by this location that if I had a problem, I could call the 800 number hand have service within 30 minutes to my location. Half way into my 12 hour trip I locked the keys in the truck while getting gas. (my fault). However calling the 800 number yielded no results. I waited on hold most of an hour with no response. I finally went to the website and was able to get a locksmith to the location after another hour of waiting. Onstar has had the technology to pop a lock remotely for over 20 years. Uhaul should check it out!RICHARD E.

Drop off location was closed during drop-off. We tried using the u-haul account online to return the trailer. However the process took over an hour. The app kept trying to "find our location" to confirm drop-off but it kept saying failed. Not a quick and easy process like it should have been.George W R.
