According to my rental agreement I was supposed to pick up my trailer at 8:00 am. I got there at 8:05 and all was locked up. I called the local number and got no answer. I waited a while, called again, no answer. I called the main UHaul number and after explaining the situation, was transferred to someone else. After 3 explanations to 3 people, I was put on hold. I heard noises inside so I started banging on the door and walls again. Finally a lady appeared, pointed to the Grandma sign, and said they didn't open until noon. After a short discussion, she proceeded with my rental.
