The lady quoted me one price and then when my husband picked up the truck she told him something completely different. She told me it would be 20$ for a 24 hours period. This was good for us because we had to pick up the truck one night and return it the next day. When my husband picked up the truck at 8pm she told him that the truck needed to be returned by 8am the next morning, which is half of the time she originally told us. The weather strip on the driver door had sticky stuff on it and it was pulling away from the door frame every time we opened it. The lady also doesn't open until noon. That doesn't seem very customer friendly.

She had everything we needed to get a U-Haul truck trailer and helped to get it back of my friends truck. Best u-haul service I ever had!!!!!

JOSEPH CStore is advertised as being open today at 12:00 p.m. I took the trailer there at 12:50 p.m. the door was locked. I rang the bell. No one answered. There was a local phone number posted to call for UHaul if no one was at the store. I dialed the number. The message said that no messages were being accepted by that phone number. I called another phone number that was posted on the door. Got an answering machine. Left a message, unhooked the trailer and left it there. Hopefully no one comes along and steals it. There is another U-Haul location nearby. I will only be using it in the future.
