Horrible communication. Charged me extra when I returned it on time. Absurd. I forgot to put on mask, and they said I need it on rightfully so. Then they weren't even wearing masks themselves. One just had it on his chin, and the guy stocking didn't even have one on at all! Don't recommend!John M.
Location fine. Nothing worth writing about. However, the online check in and check out process is a major pain in the butt. First off, when it gave me the options it said â€œGo inside store for keyâ€ ORRRR â€œMobile check inâ€. I then had to fill out the forever long check in and STILL GO IN THE STORE TO GET MY KEY!!! And why the heck is it necessary to call the other contact I list on the form? So dumb. Then it's late, dark, and cold when I return and now I have to take pictures of everything??? I've rented Uhauls before and went into the store for the process and it was way easier. Never had to take photos or do anything extra. Also, don't make it seem like the mobile process will be contactless, when it's not.Carlyn D.

I had picked up the truck on Carnegie, and dropped it off in Willowick. I was given 50 miles and did not use all of them. The attendant said I would get e-mailed a final invoice with a reduction since I didn't use all the miles and the gas charge. I received the gas charge but no updated invoice with the reduction.. Lady was nice at this place. She was informative and helped us with some of the info as we were going through signing up. It just took us about 25mins. Not expecting this. The clerk was on his cell phone during both transactions for pick up and drop off of the truck. I requested moving blankets that were not in the truck. When I told the clerk he said to check the other trucks and we had to retrieve them ourselves. The inside of the truck was dirty. We didnt even put our coffee cups in the holders they were filthy.DIANA R.

Fix your system so it doesnt show the truck as returned when I'm picking up. And your vendor should probably handle issues like this, not telling the customer to call U-Haul themselves. They decided to make the extra revenue renting U-Hauls so they should probably do the legwork on customer issues and serve as a better liason. An absolutely terrible experience all around. Will be renting from another service in the future.Patrick S.

The location was disorganized, the young clerk had to call his father because he didn't know what he was doing. The actual fuel level didn't match what they were making me agree to in the contract, there was a payment discrepancy and the clerk just told me that he didn't know anything and I would have to take it up with u-haul. Lately, when i got inside of the truck, I had keep trying before I was finally able to turn the key in the ignition and this happened multiple times.Mykal B.

let me tell you a story, I booked a pickup at a different location for 24/7 only to get there this am and find they don't do that..even though my receipt said they did. I had three movers sitting on their hands for a hour while I had to find a different location. the 50 credit doesn't come close to making up for problems or what it cost me in $. although the new location was good I will not be using haul again because of the way I was treated.David L.

Went to this location the day before using the Uhaul vehicle to make a reservation. Returned the day after for my reserved vehicle but was told there was no reservation recorded. Not acceptable. Not too happy with service and price after all was said and done.Edward P.
I was mistakenly charged and overcharged for a vehicle that I didn't use the vehicle that I used I took a picture of the mileage starting and I took a picture of the mileage ending and somehow they mixed up my contract with another vehicle and charged me $211 for a rental that should have cost less than half that and they still have not fixed the problem to this day after my complaint and my proofPhillip R.

The truck I ordered wasn't there, despite being reserved, so they said they'd give me a bigger one at the same price since they had it. Then they charged me more for the bigger truck. I was there for an hour before getting the truck and nearly an hour trying to sort pricing before giving up. It was awful, and I will literally never use uhaul again.Corbin A.
Your rate is 1995 per day that means 24 hours I told her I only needed it for six hours maybe she said if I go past six hours since she put it in the computer I would have to pay extra so I didn't agree with that but I took the truck are used it in six hours if your rate is 1995 per day I should not be charged if I go over six hoursBILLY T.

I was mislead on pricing my rate was to be 39.99 over the phone speaking to a uhaul worker then I was charge a much higher rate for rental plus mileage and was charged 124.00 at the location not pleased. I will use a much cheaper moving company in futureEdward B.
Was able to rent a truck Friday without a reservation, which is difficult to do for a last minute move. Close and convenient too. Thanks. I recommend this place. It's best to reserve in advance but we got lucky that day.JOHN J.

Covered in spiders. Poorly maintained parking lot, building, and no real assigned space for the uhaul section. No clear signage. Really awkward watching and waiting for the person to use their phone to check you in when they have a desktop computer right there.danieal M.

I did a walk-in for a truck, and it took approximately fifty minutes for the sales person to do the transaction. He was there by himself. He said he was having a computer entry problem. I also noticed a sign which said, "help needed."george F.

They changed my location on me without any warning. They were not very helpful and caused me to miss an hour and a half of work trying to figure out the location and they made me call multiple numbers which all told me different things. Locations were fine but the uhaul did not do me any favors.Steven S.
I was supposed to return to a different location that I picked when ordering everything online and ended up having to return it here. The return process took a very long time as the kid had no idea what he was doing and had to have a video call with someone to tell him how to do it. I was also told I had to go, in the rain, back to the truck and bring the dolly in so he could "get the numbers off of it". Horrible experience.Domenic Z.
