The folks in Silver Lake bent over backwards to help, but you have left them out there with no training. There wasn't a dolly or any furniture pads.

Would be helpful to have a broom snapped into the bed of the truck, for the required sweep out. Other than scrambling for a broom it was a great experience!! The drop off folks were awesome!
