My reservation was wrong so I was pushed for time and could not complete the move. I will have to move my belongings to storage to be out of my rental in time. The staff was great and efficient. All in all it was a minor mishap with scheduling. I will definitely use this location again.

I use the online reservation and was charged 2 days for a 24 hour use. The gentleman in front of me in person paid the daily rate for 24 hour use. This is about U Haul misrepresentation not the location.

Required me to file a dispute with my credit card company. Reality is he offered to do our move and was upset we did not go with him, so he wanted to be rude due to that. I find it disappointing. I realized today that I was charged for fuel and a cleaning fee. I will never rent from here again. I have my gas receipt for filling it back to where it was and I only moved some furniture for a few hours before returning.

Charles W.I agreed to $14 insurance, was charged $28. I was told there was half a tank of gas and vehicle needed to be returned with half a tank. There was less than half a tank, more like a quarter. Rental was supposed to be $19.95 plus milage and $14 for insurance, there was an additional $39.00 rental charge, not even sure what that is for. Overall very unhappy with this rental experience

I would have been very fortunate to have Clint on my team back in the day! He is a "one man show" . If you need moving help don't use the U-Haul movers go local! Ended up with a full refund for a no show through the U-Haul site. Very inconvenient if you have a deadline move. Battlefield Pkwy location Best of the best in my opinion.

SPENCER H.The 20' Truck I rented had a leak in the roof that went into the mom's attic portion of the truck. It rained all day while i was moving so all of my boxes up there got wet, which I was not happy about.

This is very upsetting since this was not discussed with me at time of rental. I will not rent from this location ever again!!! Very poor customer service when I called to discuss the extra charges and poor customer service for not asking how many hours needed.

Jeff U.Sales person at location was extremely rude. He seemed irritated that he even had to help us. His negative attitude was on display from the second we walked in, he throw my wife's phone down on the counter when he nor she could get the barcode scanner to work to scan the back of her driver's licenses. He then didn't bother to show us which u-haul was ours or how to find, I eventually figured out the number on the key in reference to the back of the truck. As i was about to leave he came out and said I was forgetting my protective mats that I didn't order. He went and got 12 mats out of another truck that were not folded and threw them in the back of my truck. He then went on to tell me that I needed to bring them back folded. He threw unfolded mats in the truck and basically told me to fold them, like I work for him and need to clean up his crap. This person needs to be fired, I probably should of smacked his dumbass.
Chase H.I would like to know why I am being charged $60 extra when I did not travel over the mileage limit according to my contract? If you can definitively prove that the miles I traveled were over the limit of my contract, I would like to see said proof in writing. Any assistance into this matter would be greatly appreciated. Evelyn J. | Overall ExperienceI think U-Haul's policy of throwing away anything left behind and charging extra for it - especially if it's furniture - without first at least contacting the renter since accidents happen - is a very poor customer service policy indeed. The attendant at this location was nice enough to pull the railings out of the dumpster for me after I called to locate our missing pieces. They apparently looked enough like the side rails that are part of the trailer in the dark that they were just overlooked.
LYNETTE C.The person at this location has to be one of the most unaccommodating, dishonest, and rude customer service agents I've ever dealt with. He started off not being on-site at the appointment time. I called the number on the door and he said he called to say he was at lunch and it went straight to voicemail. I asked if he left a message and he said no. He then proceeded to tell me the other number on there didn't know me, but there was no other number on my reservation. When I set up the reservation I put Wills point Texas as a point of return. When I got there to pick it up he told me it was unavailable. He only gave me for other options none of which were in my planned travel area. When I finally decided that I would go out of my way to return it he would not put in a return location for me and said I could set it up once I got to Texas. I told him I did not want to do that on the side of the road and he said “you don't have to sit on the side of the road to do it you can do it anywhere.“ Very unprofessional and very unaccommodating. I would not recommend this location to anyone ever. I proceeded to set up a return location and I called the one in Wills point Texas where I wanted to return it. The lady there was extremely helpful and set the return up for me immediately and attached it to my reservation. When I returned it to wills point Texas today, the same lady was there and was just as nice and helpful as she was on the phone. Such a contrast!
Allen H.Keep an extra truck key on hand in case in all the moving you misplace your truck key. I had to pay a locksmith to make us a key in order to drive the truck to our destination. Moving is a tough job and it's easy to lose a small key. Thank you

Outside pickup location everyone was great!

Was charged a $20 after hours fee when I returned the trailer an hour after renting it. The guy tells me that he charged me because I didn't put the trailer back in the exact spot I picked it up from so he had to move it which warrants a charge that I was not informed of at all ahead of time. Total fraud stuff and he makes all kinds of excuses on the phone why it's my fault when he gave no indication of any additional charges. If I had known then i would have brought some chalk to make sure I returned it in the exact spot. Terrible customer service. Will be disputing the charge
