Based on the cleanliness and age of the trailer, was concerned about the trailer when I picked it up and expressed my concern. As we got down the the road we quickly discovered something was wrong. We had to call U-Haul and they sent a tire company out to assess. The technician said the trailer had a tire that was ready to blow. He had to change the tire. Two hours later we resumed our trip. I would not recommend this rental facility.

We were moving from Oregon to Cookeville and needed a Climate Controlled unit for our household items since our home in Cookeville was still being built. I called three weeks ahead of time and spoke with Riley about what we might need for a couple of months related to storage. She was very knowledgeable and respectful. We arrived on Memorial Day weekend and the two young gentlemen got us all set up in a timely manner. The process was easy the units and business very clean with plenty of room for the moving trucks to park. I highly recommend this business, Thank you for your great service. The staff at simply safe storage are amazing. They took time to show me a few units while I tried to decide what I needed. I had to change my move in date and the worked with me to get that accomplished. Also I was able to rent a truck there which was very convenient. My move went well and I am very pleased with my choice.

It was easy to reserve a storage unit. When we got there, the person helping us was very nice. The place is secure. It was easy to find our unit. Plenty of room to drive up and unload.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The facility itself is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The security features gave me complete peace of mind, everything from controlled access to surveillance made it clear that my belongings were in safe hands. I also appreciate how easy it was to access my unit 24/7.

Great experience with the two gentlemen. We arrived right as they were closing up the office, but they stayed to answer questions and direct us to our unit, even turning their computer back on to get me a copy of our contract. They were super helpful and had great customer service attitudes.

These guys are the best! Very professional and understanding and helpful. There are other locations that do not have any answers to common questions. The staff were ready to answer questions and help get the items i needed that weren't available in the app.

1st off you need to take the 19.95 a day off your trucks because that is a vary big lie I paied over on milage but did I get any money nope just that was free the truck was a gas hog if I ever have to use u haul again it will be to soon

A little bumpy at first as far as communication as how to gain access the first day of move in,once I git a hold of the office, everything went smoothly. Im.exited to be a new costumer.

Faculty staff was great. Truck too. U-Haul itself not so much. Truck due back at 9. Facility opens at 9. Truck checked in at 9:07. U haul tried to charge me for another day rental and insurance. Also got truck with 216 miles left until empty. Brought it back with 209 until empty and was charged $8. Seems kind of petty after a $1400 bill. Thankfully the staff reversed that charges for the extra day.

Staff is very friendly, moved from out of state and they took the time to make sure everything we needed was taken care of. I was even able to return all my rentals there with no questions asked.

Make returning the equipment easier. DO NOT require signing up for the Uhaul App part of the return process. I am sorely disappointed in the frustration I had with the UHAUL return system. LOSE the damn computer.

I reserved a 20’ box truck in Livingston, TN. They didn’t have my truck, I had to drive 30 minutes just to get the truck then they give me the 26’ which is damn near a semi. Awful experience will need compensation.

Newer facility. Wide aisles and paved. Security cameras everywhere. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. 10 X better than where we used last year. Definitely recommend.

Could not get the app to work when I turned in the truck. Was able to call the 800 number and received great help from the agent I spoke to.

I used the self return option so we didn't meet any personnel at the return location. It was a Sunday. The only improvement I could suggest for uhaul would be to provide the total cost including insurance and taxes so the amount isn't a surprise when you come in to pick up a rental. I reserved a uhaul from an oak ridge, TN location. 2 days before I was due to arrive, they called to say I would need to pick up a truck elsewhere. Car works picked up ball and had the truck I needed.
