Truck took a full week to be checked in. Issue after issue. I had to reach out to the customer service team 5 separate times. People were nice and tried to help but it was stressful.

The process was poor from the beginning when I arrived. The worker first did not know what I was supposed to have and it took like 15” to even tell him the 15ft truck was one I reserved. Then dropping off It was 105 degrees and I had to photograph the truck from many places, including having to again unlock back and raise door. It was very customer unfriendly. Finally I had to figure out how to open an odd lock box. I will never rent U-Haul from anywhere else but U-Haul directly. The equipment/truck was all good despite having over 160,000 miles on it.

Very disrespect, rude, cussing and slamming tablet down. Told me word for word ‘I’m shit out of luck’ because the gentleman couldn’t take a proper photo without shaking. I’ll never rent from U-Haul. Not to mention NEVER ONCE was it mention to me I have to return to the same location. Which I drove 2 hours to return. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible. Plus you charge me extra for what? You should be compensating me for the BS I experienced all around.

Seemed to be little air conditioning at the gas station upon pick up and drop off. Pick up took about 20 minutes. Drop off, was just told to put keys in drop box. No closing paperwork done. Returned rental around noon-12:30. Received a call 7:30 pm asking if I needed to extend rental. Process needs upgrading. Though I reserved a week prior to needing a rental, received a call 3.5 hours before pick up no vehicle available at location and I now needed to go to a gas station for pick up.
