First off you guys gave us a rusty old lock that wouldn't open . It started raining and we were literally out in the rain trying to open the lock . We called your service and we were promised someone to be there within 15 minutes . The guy didn't show up till an hour and a half later . We were also promised a discount for our problems. The dolly wasn't in the u haul so I had to go and pick one up . That took another hour . So we started off bad already 3 to 4 hours late because of your equipment . Now we weren't able to finish within the 1 day as promised. I received a call from an agent lady ? She just wanted to make sure we were planning to return the truck , I said yes the next day probably mid day . I returned the truck to the shell gas station on highland Ave around 1 or 2 . I parked it there next to another u haul truck went inside and gave the keys and the lock to the cashier there. I asked if I need a receipt of any kind he answered he doesn't know he just puts the keys there behind the counter and thats it ? So I said alright thats kind of odd but I figured you guys would contact me for any reason if you guys had a problem . Then you guys did about 2 months later saying you guys dint have the truck . I got the email late , I contacted you guys back and explained what I just did here and you guys haven't got back to me since . Now if there's anything that you guys say I owe I am not going to be paying because this really is all upon your online services that you guys need to correct , your equipment that you guys need to upgrade and your employees. So no I won't be advising anyone to use your services.Carlos M.

Handle came off of the rear door and stepped in a pile of gum too. The Van was set to Kilometers and, you guessed it, they charged me for Kilometers, not Miles. They think I'm stupid. GlennGlenn D.
I appreciate the fact that we were able to get a truck ASAP the same day that was great the truck was good clean everything was good there the problem I have is that I drove 11 miles and was charged for 3 gallons of gas at 5.75 a gallon that is not cool and I will not be recommending anybody to this locationWilliam D.

The gentleman who helped me was very incompetent and took 30 minutes to find my reservation. He also did not go over the current gas, mileage, and status of vehicle so I had to do it myself and take pictures.Erica W.

There was no drop box that I could locate to leave the keys in after 15 minutes of searching. I was also kept waiting for about 20 minutes after arriving to pick up the truck, and there were no customers other than myself and one other person who was only there for the mechanic.DaniRaye S.

They were not all competent with the UHaul software and one person had to call another to complete the transaction. I also never received my final invoice with the gas and additional miles so I can reconcile my credit card. I need to go back to them to request it.Cath Educ Founda F.
I had to wait 10 minutes until they found someone to work the computer. When I returned the vehicle they didn't do any inspections or check the mileage, they were working on a car said they would do it later...never gave me a closing receipt. They charged me the estimated amount not the final mileage amount which was less I believe. Would not pick up from them again.LESLEY F.
I ordered my truck rental online and specifically requested a heavy duty dolly. There was no dolly in the truck and I had to ask for one. I was told by an attendant that I had to pick one up from the Old Town Torrance location . Instead, I had to settle for a smaller dolly. When I finished and dropped the truck off, I had to leave the dolly in the unlocked trailer. The truck was dirty and not well maintained. In the future I will not rent from this location...John L.
