I shouldn't have been locked out of the system even if I picked up the truck 30 minutes later. Especially when the location was moved to somewhere farther than the original pick up location.William T.

THIS DROP OFF LOCATION ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE!!!! LOOKS LIKE A DESERTED JUNKYARD. NOT TO MENTION A COMPLETE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. AFTER ARRIVING THERE I HAD TO CALL AND SEARCH FOR ANYONE THERE!!!! THEN THE WORST PART SOME EXTREMELY STUPID EMPLOYEE THAT WAS PULL ING OUT OF THE BUSINESS AND SAW ME WALKING AROUNG AN PARKED THERE...â€¦.LOCKED ME IN THE PARKING LOT!!!!! YES LOCK ME IN!!!!! MY HUSBAND WITH THE UHAUL RETURN HAS ARRIVED BY THEN JUST MINUTES LATER AND WAS LOCKED OUTSIDE THE GATE!!!!!! COME TO FIND OUT THIS PLACE CLOSES EARLY ON SATURDAYS (NO ONE OBVIOUSLY TOLD US) WAS ON THE PHONE WITH UHAUL DURING THIS WHOLE ISSUE FOR A LONG TIME!!! MY HUSBAND ACTUALLY CALLED THE POLICE. THE BUSINESS OWNER DID EVENTUALLY SHOW UP. VERY VERY POOR BAD EXPERIENCE AFTER OTHER U HAUL ISSUSE BEFORE THAT! PLEASE REMOVE THAT DROP OFF DESTINATION FROM YOUR LIST!!!!!Ifrael A.

The U-Haul map is wrong. on their web site. I chose the Westville site for pick- up, and the website suggested another location. I drove to the office for excellent service. She made sure that the size was correct for my needs. She walked me to the unit, making sure all was ready,and she explained details. Great service.marlyn R.

do not charge mileage! We only went to town to pick up a new bed & back home & it was $30, on top of the rental chage of $20, & the insurance of $14. Why wouldn't our vehicle insurance cover it if there was an issue? Don't recall paying for all these extras in the past.Carl L.

We dropped the UHaul off after-hours on a Saturday. The problem was that there wasn't a clearly marked DropBox for an after-hours Key Drop-Off. When we called the UHaul customer service center, the helpful customer service rep found that their computer system stated that the next available time to drop off the keys was the next day (Sunday) between 11-1 pm. However, when we called at 11:15 AM the following morning, to confirmed that they were open, we found that they were closed. So we had to make another special trip to drop the keys off on a Monday. Other than this issue, our experience with UHaul was good.Shailee P.
