Never open when they say they are. The franchise owner is very odd and makes extremely inappropriate jokes which I am sure he finds amusing but is really off putting as a customer. Every time I have shown up to rent from this location it is always closed with a sign saying he is out and will be back. I spent 15 minutes ringing the door bell and calling. He finally came out to tell me he had been in his “kitchen”. I have tried renting from other locations before, but always get routed here because other locations don’t have the equipment I am looking for.

My pickup time was at 8 AM. The owner was about 10 mins late and took a while for him to setup the shop. Didn't end up leaving until 8:40 AM. Not only that, it did not have hitch on the truck. I was booking a truck and trailer and I don't know why the system split it between two locations. Waste of time.

The store manager was very friendly and helpful. The check-in and checkout process was quick. He explained the rental agreement and what to do in case that we need road assistance or are involved in a car accident. The vehicle was in excellent condition.

When I completed the online reservation I selected the “no insurance” option. After returning the vehicle and receiving my final bill. I noticed the clerk added it to my final bill. Poor business practices.

Benjamin rented me a truck and the battery died right across the street. I called him right away and he said he was to busy to help and said for me to call road service. I called road service and my son and I waited for well over an hour in the heat for Sosa's to bring a new battery, BTW Sosa was a very nice young man,I can't say the same for Benjamin

The owner was fine but the drop off location is nearly impossible to find. The address put me in front of a gas station and strip mall with NO visible sign of Uhaul trailers or trucks. The parking for the trucks and trailers is hidden BEHIND the strip mall. I stopped and asked several businesses before I finally found the correct location. ON THE PAPERWORK THAT GETS PRINTED, UHAUL SHOULD WRITE "SMOKE & GIFT" STORE. The people at the gas station on the corner (that shares that address with Smoke & Gift said people come in all the time looking for the Uhaul property.

Just not a good human. When I rented, he didn't explain the option to refill the truck, because he obviously makes more if he can charge you $1.39/mile. I should've paid more attention to the paperwork- but he's still a terrible person.

Your truck better be equipped with a four pin or they charge you 25 more dollars never had this at a regular U-Haul, but I guess the authorized dealer runs different

Delightful business owner, aka Benjamin! He was so helpful and had such an upbeat attitude, what is not to like here? Do not be wary that the business is not a corporate UHaul dealership. This is a small business that really knows how to make a customer happy. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
