Accommodate people who don't have smartphones; allow photocopies or something other than home PC or smartphone photos of driver's licenses. Cab of van was clean but cannot speak to engine or other maintenance. Haven't visited or been a customer of enough U-Haul franchises to speak to "averages" either.Sue C.

They charged me for mileage after I was allotted by uhual 101 miles we return the truck with 41 miles I have screenshots showing the mileage change and authorized by uhual cs. They also said we didn't add enough fuel which we did and charged for thatTIFFANY W.

I had the worst experience. I reserved a 26ft truck and the day before pick up I was called and told there are literally no trucks in the area. My husband spoke with someone and found us a 20ft truck 65 miles away and then a trailer the opposite direction. Considering we were moving out of state I had to accept this. We were told we would be given the trailer for free and extra miles would be added, this of course never happened. When I picked up the truck I was promised by the associate a manager would call me to discuss the situation, again I never received a call. We ended up having to leave some of our items behind due to there not being enough room. Today I was called at 4pm because my truck was late being dropped off although I was told my drop off time was 5:30. The customer service agent was able to extend my drop off time to 5:30 without any charges. I told him we were promised additional mileage due to us having to drive so far to pick up truck. He was able to add the mileage however was not able to reimburse us for the trailer. He told me when I dropped off the location would be able to. When I dropped off the trailer and truck the associate told me he was not able to reverse any charges. I had him call Jesse in the traffic dept. we called and Jessie told me he would look into it. This has been a truly awful experience. At the last minute I was told there are no trucks I then had to drive for a hour and half to pick up a smaller truck. I had to use gas in my as well as pay for gas in the uhaul to drive those 65+ miles. I wasn't even able to take all my belongings because there was not enough room and I was promised to be reimbursed, was not and have been given the run around. I will never use uhaul again and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of these issues and the horrible customer serviceJessica W.
Reservation was for 9oclock. Got there, saw a sign that said The location doesnt even open till 930. Had to wait 45 mins. The person who works there was late and didnt even open the store till 945.Mataya H.

Once we were able to get our rental truck it was great. The location is going through an issue with hiring more employees so they weren't able to open at their regular hours. The employee there was great and super helpful. Overall the experience was good our problem was dealing with issues over the phone with Uhaul. They weren't able to help us at another location with finding a smaller truck and getting a code to get the key. It was super frustrating.robert A.
