I did not appreciate that I went to the Highway five U-Haul and the night before I receive a message that I need to go to Highway 78 to pick up the U-Haul. I am mediately called that night and then when I saw the condition of the place I went to my heart sunk I called again. To make a long story shortâ€¦ I ended up pulling over and staying at a hotel for the evening because the dashboard lights did not work. Therefore, I could not read the gas gauge nor my speed which would've made it illegal for me to be driving on the highway.Margaret L.
There was no where to park this big O U-Haul and a car dolly that the guy next-door told us we couldn't park in his driveway it was a small old rinky-dink building with a bunch of junk cars and we had to park so close Emma tween other cars that we barely fitHAYLEN S.

Please require all pickups happen at established locations - not a used care lot run by questionable people working on cars. I think the location was a chop shop and I felt unsafe. The person had no idea what he was doing - took 35 minutes just to get through the paperwork. The office was a hole in the wall with broken chairs, desks, and used grease car parts all around. I can't believe that Uhaul would approve such a place - same on you. On top of that, this wasn't even our original location and we were transferred to a location 16 miles away. I still managed to be there at the 9am time, however, no one was there. I had to wait 45 minutes before someone showed up ever with constantly calling. Thanks a lot uhaul, I had to pay extra to the movers we had hired because of your lateness.Michael K.
They had changed the address from the 600's to the 1200's in that area. No one knew where it was. It took us a long time to find it. It was early evening the next rental day. Didn't have the truck but for 24 hrs. No one was there to help or answer the phone to give us directions. It was a car lot the gps sent us to a seed and feed store. We finally found it and I was Leary about leaving the truck. It just looked sketchy to me. Very frustrating.dana H.
I WILL NEVE PARTICIPATE IN THE U-HAUL 24/7 TRUCK SHARE PROGRAM AGAIN. I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!! THIS IS THE REVIEW I LEFT FOR THIS BUSINESS ON GOOGLE MAPS: DO NOT RETURN YOUR U-HAUL HERE! If you participate in the U-Haul 24/7 truck share program, do NOT return your U-Haul here. I dropped off my U-Haul in the allotted time however the owner went on vacation for 8 days and didn't report my U-Haul being brought back until 8-days later so U-Haul charged for $424 extra dollars for something I only used for 6 hours. Just be careful here, if the owner does not see the importance of posting a sign on the door and/or abiding by the U-Haul contract details of letting U-Haul know when the trucks are dropped off on time, I can assure you he/she does not care about their patrons at their location. :( He/she should not be able to participate in this 24/7 U-Haul truck share program again. ALSO - I've now had to call two times for this refund to be process for my account. The first time, the woman said she did it, however she did not and now I'm having to call again to get it taken care of. After speaking with an employee, I asked to speak to a manager and I've now been waiting for 20 minutes for them to answer the call. It's Saturday at 10:54AM, the day after Black Friday, I doubt there's a 20 minute wait to speak to a manager.Mark S.

Another very dirty disorganized used car dealership but it was cleaner than the place we picked it up from. We did not receive the promised email confirming the return. Thank goodness there was a person there because we were not sure how Uhaul would know we returned their truck on time.Sandra L.

This site I did not have an issue with! My issue is having a reservation and going all over the place to pick up a truck. I am thankful this place had it.Monique J.
