BEATRIZ P.Van was filthy. Sticky steering wheel, cupholders & surfaces. Visible dirt/mud on floorboards & cargo floor liner. Used soda bottles & food wrappers. Driver seat back adjuster broken off. Had to sit upright for 3 days. Van reeked! No time to return or swap. Office open but Rental agent MIA. Called 911 fearing foul play. Agent finally surfaced making me 30 mins late to my destination.
