Did not give any information to me when checking in. No one told me I had to refuel and no one told me the starting milage. When I came in I was asked for my name and nothing else, they proceeded to give me my key and didn't tell me anything else. When I returned they did not check the truck. I was charged extra fees unknowingly. I will never use uhaul again.

The cab of the vehicle and the other side of the vehicle was exceptionally clean. Our issue was the actual back of the van. There was a lot of Glass on the floor and the shards were so small that it was really challenging to pick up every piece. We had to take time out of our day to clean prior to putting our furniture in it.

I arrived on time but they were out for lunch. I waited 20 minutes until they showed up. The debit terminal was broken. It wasn't booted. His computer wasn't booted. I had to leave a deposit because I had to use his “shop” terminal. It took about 45 min to sign and get a key. My family sat in the car for over an hour.

Customer service rep had to phone another Uhaul rep to find out information. I thought it was unfair that I brought in 2 days earlier than required and didn't receive any sort of credit, given I paid for an extra day ($40). The fuel surcharge to bring up the fuel to half was expected, however the charge was about double then what it cost.

Had less than half of the moving blankets we asked for. They told us to go to another location to get the rest, we went to that location and they also told us they had none. Our truck also had a bunch of rope tied to the attachment points in the back of the truck and a few random pieces of garbage.

Desmond was very friendly, helpful and very professional in performing his job. Will highly recommend people to use this location.

The personnel charged me for two extra days, when I only had the equipment for one extra day. Sighting that I was 27 minutes late to drop off the equipment, when I'm fact I arrived with the equipment on time. The personnel had me waiting in his office trying to upload the contract on his computer, which was being slow and in the end he completed my contract on his cell phone. I had noted that the equipment was showing a check engine light and that the transmission was shifting at higher than normal RPMs. When I went back to discuss the charge for the extra day, the personnel was busy making a commercial for the business from that he is working under and dismissed us. Texting me after I left to discuss the extra charges.

Dropped uhaul off at this location. Owner of business was there, told him what happened and the terrible service, he was very apologetic, told him it was not his fault but would never rent from uhaul again.
