Truck AC unit didnt work in 100+ August heat, l was denied request for a working truck & was told to stop the truck to reset AC unit when it stopped blowing cold air. lt stopped blowing cold air after 1-2 minutes & the ac reset instructions by staff took 4 minutes & required the engine to be shut off. lt was unreasonable to ask customers to stop that frequently & be significantly delayed. Due to the long exposure to heat which caused my cell phone to continuously shut down from over heating effectively losing my GPS, l also suffered illness due to heat exhaustion. Finally uhaul agreed to road side repair and the entire ordeal caused delays in scheduled moving help which cost me extra money for additional day of truck rental & hotel. l was told l would receive a call for the issues, never heard from anyone at uhaul. l would not recommend uhaul to anyone & will never use uhaul again.Donica R.

Staffing was aweful. She kept making me wait while she took care of customers that got there after me. Then waited for her to take pictures so we could leave for 10-15 minutes. Also we didn't have an adapter for our car and the place didn't sell them, yet sold everything else it seemed. Very inconvenient.Brandy H.

This location refused to give a receipt for the return of the trailer. We took a video just in case but it seems weird to me that they couldn't give me a receipt when I gave them a trailer...JOSHUA S.

I turned equipment in utilizing the 24/7 share but yet location was still able to go in and charge an additional day (truck was actually back a day early) they were able to charge for missing dolly (there was a picture taken of inside of van per request for cleanliness and you can see dolly in picture). They also charged for additional mileage which there was only 1o additional and they charged 30. When calling support they could see everything that I was saying was true so they credited back additional charges of $227 but they also did not know why location made some of the changed.Sonja C.

The trailer was parked perpendicular to the gas station pumps and in a ditch. This made it difficult to pull out and required several turning movements to execute. The lot has plenty of real estate to park trailers.Curtis Y.

This was the best and easiest Uhaul experience I have ever had. The representatives were courteous, professional and efficient. In and out quickly for pickup and drop off. This location is open more days and longer hours than most other locations. This will be my go to spot for rentals.Terence F.

My critical comments are not applicable to where I finally ended up! I would give my experience of renting a UHaul truck -1 if I could. I reserved a 15' truck a month in advance from AR to FL. The day before you sent an invoice that put my DISCOUNT as added to my bill! Then you changed my pickup location from 1 mile away to 19 miles away! Soooo.. I get there and after going through all the paper work you tell me oops I don't have a 15" truck take this 26' one instead! NOOO I have an apartment to move not a house. Ok so we will send you 10 minutes away for a 20'.... fine I need to get going. We drive and drive, IT WAS 25 MILES AWAY! Wait now you have to wait because your time changed. Finally get a truck. Now drive back to point A. 73 MILES LATER. OH but we gave you an upgrade! NO it cost me more money in gas to drive the bigger truck to FL. A huge disappointment. -1PATRICK L.
Equipment was in poor shape. Trailer chains were missing rubber stoppers, truck was filthy, and over all experience was terrible. The employee refused to help with anything and looked at me like I was ridiculous when I asked for help. I ended up doing most of myself. He came out to take photos for contractual purposes but that was it. If you want to do it all by yourself go here. If you want help/good customer service go somewhere else.Michael M.

Your 29.95 truck ending costing me $63.59 I brought it back 2hrs early and they charged me $14 for insurance without ask if I needed it I already had coverage with farmers ins they returned only 36.41 out of a$100 deposit besides they were very rude an told me to call u haul if I wanted my insurance money back and they added 1 mile extra should have been 66.3 not 65.3Dennis G.

Not a fault of the location or even uhaul perhaps, but I had to restart the check in and out process several times while using the uhaul app due to it suddenly refreshing to the home page. Otherwise everything went nice and smooth.Matthew L.

Took us 40 minutes to pick up and I checked out on line and paid in advance. The truck was old and had many many dents, broken bumper, cracked headlight and I reserved 2 dozen of the blankets and they only had 12. The representative explained to me that most of the damaged spots had an "X" on it and he could add more but we were already late to meet movers we hired.Yvette B.

I told them I could not hook up the trailer and they did for me. But upon return they would not unhook. I had a attack which has restricted me to lifting much more than 5 lbs. she gave me a Jack but was no help. So I went against my doctors wishes and lifted it anyway.lynn K.

the customer service personal was not agreeable, he was against giving me his name after telling us he would have our receipt for the return done within the hour. I felt uncomfortable leaving without proof that we returned the truck and asked for his name. He sneered and asked why stating that this is a small town and we don't worry about things like that. Truck wasn't ready at scheduled time. Wasn't clean. Waited on them to sweep out back. Only had 1/4 tank of gas. He did not go over truck pointing out details or give any instruction on driving it besides the paper contract (which was fine) interior was very dirty. Spilled soda or something on console. They had no info I had done online so I had to repeat everything I did online that took quite a while but said it would make pickup quick, and it was almost $100 more than what it said it would be when I made reservation. I've rented from uhaul quite a few times and will need to rent another truck at least 2 more times and I will probably look elsewhere. Very disappointed in uhaul and this location. The truck made weird noises the entire trip and reved up almost every hill or mountain I went down to the point I almost had to stop to get it to shift. Had to use manual option most of the trip to attempt to keep this to a minimum.Julie L.

The business was very unclear about the rental process. We were going one way and dropping off at another location. When we got to the second location they said it was rented as a in town and that it would have to be taken back to where we had picked it up. There was nothing they could do about it.
